Up 8 guests can be accommodated comfortably in this 90 square meters apartment in the heart of Athens. The apartment is located in one of the most fashionable areas of Athens, next to Kolonaki, and offers a great life style feeling as well as tranquil moments.

Shopping areas and night life as well as the archeological sites and other cultural areas are within walking distance or accessible through the Metro, which drives by close to the Apartment.

Rates:

For 1-4 Guests: Daily: 65 euro , Weekly 455 euro
For each further guest: 10 euro / night.

The two spacious double Bedrooms and the large living room provide enough independency and in the same time a family feeling to all guests. The Livingroom is connected with the dinnnig and Tv area in order to be sufficient for a Family or friendly get-together. The 2 guestbed-sofas in the living room and the guestbed in the hall provide sleeping capacity for another 2-3 guests for short time.
