Luxury Villa, 10 minutes walk from sandy beaches and 20 km from downtown Athens. Ideal for those who wish to enmjoy a relaxing beach holiday together with exceptional sightseeing.
Villa Artemis is made up of two apartments. The main apartment can be rented out alone and is for up to 5 persons, or together with the ground floor apartment if more room is desired. This is then for up to 10 persons. The ground floor apartment is not rented out separately which ensures privacy in the garden.
The main apartment is on the first and second floors and is in open pland style. You'll find a modern fully equipped kitchen, lounge with an open fire place and a dining room, wc and store room. Balconies lead out from the entrance, kitchen and dining room. A spiral staircase leads to the second floor where you'll find two bedrooms, one with bunk beds and another with two single beds and a roll away for a fifth person and a view of the ocean, a store room and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have balconies. Marble stairs lead to the roof terrace from where the view of the ocean and mountians is terrific.
The ground floor apartment has three bedrooms, one with a sinlge bed, one with two single beds and one with a double futon and a roll away bed, lounge, kitchen and full bathroom.All rooms have airconditioning, central heating and hot water is unlimited. Ideal for holidays all year round.
The fenced in garden is complete with barbecue, ample garden furniture and secure parking within the grounds for up to two cars. The garden offers shade and sunny areas. This is a quiet safe area with very little traffic, ideal for children.

The Attica region
Attica is full of history and interesting places to visit. The beaches are sandy and not over crowded. The sea is clean. Attica is hot in summer with starry skies and cooler and windier in the winter months but never freezing! Spring and Autumn are warm and clear.
Interesting excursions are Corinth, Delphi, Epidavros, Mycene, Napflio, Marathon, the Posiedon Temple at Cape Sounion and nearby Temple of Artemis at Vraurona. A tour of Peleponese is unfortgettable.
Athens / Artemida area
Artemida, also known as Loutsa, is a lively little coastal town with a small harbour for private boats. In the villa you'll be just 10 minutes walk from sandy beaches where you can just relax in the sun or swim, surf, paraglide, fish sail etc. Surfing here in excellent. Artemida boasts a surf club famous among Athenian surfers. The beach is safe, never overcrowded and ideal for children. The water goes out a long way before becoming deep. During the evening or the cooler season enjoy a walk along the beach and admire the views - you can see right the way to the mountains of Evia. Along the coast road you'll find family friendly Taverns all serving tradtional Greek food for reasonable prices. The night life is good with bars, clubs and discos open all year round. A bakers, supermaket and other shops are 10 minutes walk from the villa. The town centre is 20 minutes walk through the beach park. The long main street welcomes you to browse round the boutiques and other local shops or just sit in a cafe and enjoy a drink and the view of the ocean. During the summer months an open air cinema shows the latest films in english. Market day is every Saturday where you can buy absolutley anything. Athens zoo is neaby - nice for the famnily.
The Port of Rafina is 5 km away. There is bus service. Take the SeaJets for a daytrip to Tinos, Mykonos or Paros. Other Island daytrips include Evia, Andros and Aegina.
Athens is just 20 km away and easy to reach with bus and metro. Athens is not only rich in history but offers traditional markets, elegant shops, parks, restaurants of all kinds, exhibitions, concerts, galleries, museums and churches. Athens has something for everybody all year round.
How to get there
Athens airport is 30 minutes drive with hire car or taxi. Athens airport has all the usual car hire firms. A bus service runs from the airport to Artmida and then to the port of Rafina.
The bus stop is 5 minutes walk away from the villa. It's also possible to reach the villa with bus and metro.
The port of Rafina is 5km away when travelling to and from the Greek Islands. The port of Pireaus is a 30 minute drive.

Further details indoors: Bedrooms:4 twin bedrooms, 1 single bedroom. Two bedrooms have balcony access. One balcony leads to the roof terrace. The bedroms have central heating and airconditioning and wooden shutters at the windows.
Bathrooms. 2 bathrooms, 1 separate wc. Both bathrooms have showers and baths. 3 wcs in all - one separate. unlimited hot water supply. Both bathrooms have central heating.
Kirtchen: Electric oven, 4 plate hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, iron and ironing board, washer and clothes dryer. You'll find ample utensils, plates pots and pans. The kitchen has a balcony and a ceiling fan. Dining table in the kitchen seats up tom 12 persons.
General: Real fire, central heating, double glazing, window shutters, airconditioning, ceiling and electric fans.
Entertainment: Sat TV, CD/radio player, DVD, video. Lots of things on Greek TV are in english but we also have German Sat TV

Further details outdoors: The completely fenced garden has trees and fruit trees. Plenty of shade and sunny areas. There is covered parking for up to two cars or a boat. It's also possible to hire a place at the marina in Artemida for a boat. There is ample garden furniture and a bbq.

Main apartment for up to 5 persons: 100 euros per night, 700 euros per week Main apartment plus ground floor apartment for up 10 persons: 130 euros per night, 900 euros per week. Price includes cleaning at the end of the vacation. Security deposit: 150 euros Sheets are rented out at 8 euros a set to cover laundry costs. This is optional. Towels are not supplied but the washing machine and dryer can be used at no exrta cost.
Conditions
20 % of the gross rent to be paid on making a reservation. The remainder is due 6 weeks before the start of the vacation. Pleae ask to see our rental contract for details of our refund policy.
