About the home

The holiday apartment is 100sqm at the 1st floor of a 2store house in a quiet residential neighborhood of Glyfada. It is sunny with big balcony around the living room. You may take your coffee and relax just by looking at the garden. Ideal for a family, friends or the elderly as it is easily accessible.

It is the perfect solution for all of you who seek to spend unforgettable holidays a breath away from Athens, close to the sea and the beach. The apartment has a double bed in a comfortable bedroom,and a bedroom with 2 single beds with wooden closets and a desk, a fully equipped kitchen with wide windows overlooking the garden. The living room consists of a comfortable couch, a TV set and free internet connection, while the bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine.

The building is protected by a security system. The house is 50metres of a central road of Glyfada, where there are bus stops taking you to the beach or to the centre of Athens via the metro tube. A 2 minute walk will take you to restaurants, taverns, banks, supermarkets, cafes, and stores, while a drug store is also right across the street. The centre of Glyfada with many stores and restaurants is just a 20 minute walk.

The house is 50metres of a central road of Glyfada, where there are bus stops taking you to the beach or to the centre of Athens via the metro tube. A 2 minute walk will take you to restaurants, taverns, banks, supermarkets, cafes, and stores, while a drug store is also right across the street. The centre of Glyfada with many stores and restaurants is just a 10 minute walk. From there you may take the tram to the port of Pireaus where there are cruises offered to close by islands of Saronikos or others. From the port you may take to ancient Korinthos, the beaches around and countryside. In order to go to the beaches close to the house, one may as well use the bus or the tram line, to Glyfada, Voula, Paleo Faliro and Alimos.

The metro line is the fastest and most low cost means of transportation. The closest metro station is Aghios Dimitrios, 7klm away. In order to reach the station, one may take the bus. The metro connects to almost all areas of the city. The apartment is accessible from the airport by bus.

“Awesome apartment and friendly host” Thank you Kostas for the lovely stay. You are a fabulous host. If it weren't for you to pick us up from the airport we would still be stranded there during the taxi and bus strikes. The apartment was really comfortable and spotless, offering everything a couple would ask for, close to a supermarket , shopping area and cafes. We would definately recommend it to our friends. Thank you also for the treat basket. We hope to come back someday, maybe in the summertime. Nat and Pete
