Our apartment is a home from home with everything you could need or want, much more cozy and friendly than a hotel and cheaper too!

Whether you are a family looking for adventure and a good base to explore the city, a couple looking for a romantic break away or just friends looking for a great place to escape to, then this is the place.

It is a brand new, modern, comfortable and fully equipped apartment, just a stone’s throw away from the city centre, located at the sides of the most central hill of Athens, in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood, providing amazing view of the Acropolis and the Saronic gulf including Piraeus port and the islands of Aegina and Salamis.

The Attica region

The region of Attica - and especially the city of Athens - is incredibly famous for the Acropolis and the unique breathtaking monuments and museums. A region with great history due to also being the birthplace of the famous Sokratis, Plato, Aristofanis, Aristotle, Democtitus etc.

So why not come and explore the region for yourself !

The Athens / Nea Kipseli area

The location is "Nea Kipseli", part of the center circle, which means that if you enjoy walking you'll need about 20 minutes to Omonoia square and through that to Plaka, the old town, the ancient market, the Acropolis and lots of other "must see" monuments.

On the other hand, if you are the type of public transportation, you'll find several different bus lines in 100-150 meters range around the flat, taking to all main points in reference of the city, with 0.70 euros/person, ex. time by bus to Omonoia square 5-6', Syntagma 10', Mesogion ave 5-6', Acropolis (south side) in 12' etc.


If you are after all a practical type, you'll realize that you can have a call-taxi waiting for you right outside your door and take you to all places mentioned above before you know it, with only a few euros. Taxis are exceptionally cheap in Greece.

In a range of 100m there are pharmacy, super market, grocery, bakery, butcher shop, tobacco, food take away, you name it.

As for the issue of safety, you can ask the little children playing out in the street. In 5 minutes walk, about 300m there is the famous Fokionos Negri street, full of restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, clubs and any kind of night amusement.

“Great Apartment!” Very nice apartment with excellent view from the shared terrace overlooking the city. Nikos was super friendly in showing me around the area and was very easy to work with. Stayed in January when it was very cold but the heating made the place toasty. I Would definitely stay here again

“Fantastic Apartment for Excellent Value with a Superb Host” Previously my family and I stayed at the heart of the athenian city which was unsafe and noisy during twilight hours. There were immigrants roaming around which left my husband and I feeling very unsettled, especially with two small children to both entertain and keep safe. This visit, however, was entirely different in a positive way. Nikos, the owner, is considerate and caring with his guests and more than helped us with all our general enquiries. The apartment itself was pleasantly surprising. It was new, fully equipped with beautiful furnishings that lent a cozy, homely feel. There is a huge terrace at the top of the apartment which is perfect for relaxing in the evening with spectacular views of the largest part of the city including the famous acropolis, Piraeus Harbor, Sardonic Gulf and the surrounding mountains. The apartment's location is a lot quieter, we felt a lot safer yet it's still close to the town centre with many useful amenities within walking distance. There are taxis readily available to take you to all highlights such as the famous acropolis (6euros), Omonoia (4euros) and Syntagma square (5euros). The prices are cheaper for a family of 4 than public transport, although this is close by. I highly recommend this home from home so would like to personally thank Nikos for all his help.

“Amazing jewel in Athens” I would like to start by saying that Nikos is one of the most likeable persons I have met in a very long time. He communicated with me trough the entire period before my arrival, provided a lot of useful information, tips & advices, he was very friendly, polite & honest and any person traveling to Athens, should really consider his advice about transportation as this can be a bit of a nightmare in a city that is very large & taxis are constantly on strike. The flat is exactly how is described, coming from America, there are certain standards that I like to have in a home and this flat had every single of them, from air conditioning to, wi fi, to washing machine, nice patio area & a great roof top that overlooks the acropolis. I really enjoyed my stayed & visit and having air conditioning in the extreame during the summer period I was there it was really a huge plus. Note to people traveling with small children or physical limitations: the flat is located on the top of a hill, so going about can be a bit of a work-out, other than that, it was very quiet, I felt safe walking around even late at night & great bakery, restaurants & grocery stories just a few blocks down the street

“beyond our expectations” This is a really lovely apartment, with exceptional hospitality provided by Nikos, the owner. There are 2 balconies and there is also use of the roof balcony so that you can enjoy meals or drinks in the shade or at sunset. One of us had an accident while we were there and Nikos was extraordinarily helpful and kind. The apartment is furnished and decorated to a high standard. We recommend use of taxis, cheap and make life much easier. Athens itself is wonderful, of course. (Jennifer R. – Ireland

“I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Athens” The apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures: brand-new, well equipped, clean, sunny and nicely decorated. We had an absolutely fantastic holiday and I would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Athens. We are a couple with two kids aged 15 and 5 and the place was perfect for us, with all the comfort we were expecting and much more. We were there by the end of July during the taxi strike and using public means of transport to travel to all the places we wanted was easy and straightforward. The location is great, quiet but very well connected and with all that one may need (supermarket, pharmacy, grocery, restaurants, bars, bus, etc) in the vicinity. Nikos, the owner, is an excellent host and we are really grateful for all he did for us, he even greeted us with a basket with ham, cheese, croissants, wine, yoghurt, marmalades, butter, bread, etc. and called us many times during our stay to see how things were going. Much more than what were expecting!! The apartment itself is excellently equipped, the air conditioning worked absolutely fine and the washing machine was a plus in such hot weather. We definitely want to return to Athens one day for five days is truly not enough for such a great city, and we will definitely try to stay again at this apartment. “MAGNIFICA ELECCIÓN. GREAT CHOICE” Sin duda volveremos al apartamento de Nikos si regresamos a Atenas. Viajamos con nuestras hijas y ha sido un acierto escoger una zona no turística de Atenas, pero lo suficientemente cerca de los museos y de la Acrópolis. El barrio, residencial, cuenta con restaurantes, cafés y pequeñas tiendas donde comprar lo que necesitas para comer o cenar en casa. La puesta de sol desde la terraza es espectacular y el apartamento recién estrenado y muy cómodo. Mis hijas disponían de una habitación amplia, con terraza, y el salón y la cocina, tipo loft, permite trabajar y leer, con una amplia terraza para comer. Estuvimos encantados. Una magnífica alternativa al hotel y con diferencia, más agradable y económica. Gracias Nikos por toda tu ayuda y simpatía.
