Ideal location to explore down town Athens antiquities and shopping. Syntagma, Kolonaki, Thision, Plaka are all within walking distance. Ample space on 3 levels for families who want to discover Athens in style and comfort. Panoramic views of the Attica skyline and all the ancient monuments.
Big swimming pool (one of the very few for rooftop buildings in Athens) adds unique dimension and experience.
Would suit two couples and 2 or 5 children and/or staff / nanny and 3 couples with a few friend / children.

Plaka, the ancient Athenian centre is 5 minutes walk. Full of ancient history (Acropole, Parthenon Museum, ancient Agora) as well as local character tavernas by the Acropolis rock.
Fashionable Kolonaki with its boutiques and upmarket shopping and cafes is 10 minutes walk passing through the Palace gardens.
Also Syntagma Square with the change of the Guards infront of the Greek Parliament and next to all the fashionable hotels is within 15 minutes walk.

“Magnificent Views, Huge open apartment and a fantastic pool” From the start the booking with the manager was excellently handled and was a pleasure to deal with. Where to start... the apartment is huge, sprawling over three stories. It is a modern apartment with great facilities for self catering. The place was clean and well presented and there was lots of towels and extra bedding if needed. Everything is within a short walk whether it be trams or trains or restaurants and museums. It is a great location for starting your journey around Athens and its many attractions. The pool capped it all off though. The views from the pool itself and the patio are magnificent. The Parthenon seems just a stones throw away and taking an afternoon (or late night) swim in the pool was a great asset to have with the heat from the day. The noise from some motorbikes on the street could be a downside, but this is a minor gripe. The rep who greeted us was excellent and of course on hand to help with any queries we might have. Overall a fantastic place and one I would hope to revisit sometime.

"We all had a great time and would recommend the accommodation to others hence I will write a review on holiday lettings to help others decide/feel more secure about it when looking at the apartment and comparing it with others.
I'd also like to thank you for your help in answering our questions in the build up to our stay and providing us with what was a great base on an enjoyable holiday.
On the positive very close to amenities,fantastic views, swimming pool, new looking Kitchen, lots of space, the main bedroom/bathroom and views were great."
