"Perfect !"

I will use one word to sum up our stay here. From our very first email to returning home after our stay it was PERFECT.
After easily handling our reserving the apartment and setting up transfers from the airport we were met at the apartment by our Athens contact. Lina showed us around and left us with directions to stores, and contacts and wifi info. The apartment was even better than expected. It was in a perfect location with restaurants, grocery store and sights all with in walking distance. My father has limited mobility and we still never even needed a cab other than to go to the port for our cruise.
The apartment was very clean well appointed. We even grilled out on the huge terrace one evening. We walked to the sights every morning then floated in our private roof top pool every afternoon. We brought blow up floats from home and left them for other guests to use.
The beds were comfortable. There are 3 full baths. Each has at least a shower and 2 even have a tub. The third shower is a hand held shower. There is a W/C conveniently located on the living level. There were 8 of us staying there and it never felt crowded. There is a separate living room plus an additional family room on the third level. There is plenty of space in the apartment.
The lift is a real plus and easily holds 6 people. It really had everything we needed. There are pots, pans, dishes, silver ware, kettle, a toaster, a hair dryer, even extra towels for pool use. There was a washer/dryer and even laundry soap and clothes pins to use.
The terrace was huge and had a wonderful view of Acropolis which was beautiful both day and night. We enjoyed relaxing there morning, afternoons and evenings. The AB grocery store is 400 M from the apartment and there are many restaurants to choose from. It is a perfect oasis in the middle of beautiful Athens. One of the street it faces is a busy street however, when the windows are closed you can hear no noise from below. They are very well insulated. The apartment was also kept very cool even during the hot afternoons.
The wifi was an added bonus to keep in touch with family.
The pictures on tripadvisor are accurate and true. In fact the apartment is better than the photos show since there is furniture and cushions on the terrace that do not show in the photos.
The word to sum up our stay here really is perfect. We hope to return to Athens again soon and will certainly stay here.

"Magnificent Views, Huge open apartment and a fantastic pool"

From the start the booking with the manager was excellently handled and was a pleasure to deal with. Where to start... the apartment is huge, sprawling over three stories. It is a modern apartment with great facilities for self catering. The place was clean and well presented and there was lots of towels and extra bedding if needed.

Everything is within a short walk whether it be trams or trains or restaurants and museums. It is a great location for starting your journey around Athens and its many attractions. The pool capped it all off though. The views from the pool itself and the patio are magnificent. The Parthenon seems just a stones throw away and taking an afternoon (or late night) swim in the pool was a great asset to have with the heat from the day.

The noise from some motorbikes on the street could be a downside, but this is a minor gripe.

The rep who greeted us was excellent and of course on hand to help with any queries we might have. Overall a fantastic place and one I would hope to revisit sometime.

"great location, great pool, large but bit tired"

This is a huge and spacious apartment, fantastically placed so close to the main attractions of Athens, and with stunning views and, of course, the pool just tops it off. For a family from the country… More
