We cannot be accurate for with the rates online. The pricing system doesn't work well with all the possible combinations and the rates are misleading sometimes. There are 2 rental option for the stay shorter than the full week.

The cheaper is across the working days and the most popular is across the weekend which means than, at least Friday or Saturday night are included in the stay.

We are in the middle of the golf valley. La Quinta, Aloha, Atalaya, El Paraiso, Marbella golf, Guadalmina, Los Naranjos, Los Almendros and many other.

Puerto Banus is within 3/4 minutes driving like many discothèques and the best beach club.

Many historical cities like Ronda, Sevilla, Gibrarltar and Granada within 30 mins to 2 hours driving.

The pool heating increase the electricity consumption for about 50/60 euros per day. the rental fee includes an allowance of 20 euros per day along the stay.

The upfront payments are not refundable.

Thanks Gill we do appreciate the time spent to share with the community your experience in our villa. by the way, let me please highlight a couple of details to help to better understand the matters for the readers. Regarding the dishwasher, I'm sorry we have not been able to clarify that that dishwasher is a very professional one and it is capable to wash a large amount of dishes, pans and glasses in just 5/7 minutes time. That's brilliant because of its size, quick cleaning time. you have 2 different containers to load the different tableware. The flat one for the glasses and the one classic one for the dishes or pans. With regards to the garbage, yes there is 2 minutes or 90 mt to walk but we do offer the daily cleaning service to sort it out. Also cleaning the villa, in self catering, is not pleasant on holiday and that's why do offer this service which includes to remove the garbage which otherwise gets tossic very soon with the temperature in the summer. About the extra electricity amount due, it was was 110 euros for 11 days or 10 euros per day but it was discounted to 60 so roughly €5.45 per day. We do get the guests covered for the average consumption and the warm of the peak season, setting perhaps a low temperature inside while outside we have 35/38 Celsius degrees, may cause a higher than average consumption. Maintaining a stable temperature at 22/23 degrees, (which is 12/15 less than the exterior temperature) without switching on and off, it the best way to have a low consumption to avoid to have the extra 5€ per day. we prefer to start from the cheaper rate to charge only the ones who use more. there are people coming in mid season and neither switch on the A/C. The electricity in Spain is not cheap at all. Sorry but just to say "a quite a lot of money" could not give a parameter to the people to have a personal opinion; without arguing with your personal and fully respectable judgement and feeling (thanks again for your review), we had to give to the guests the information just in term of money to let them have a figure to consider, given than everybody have a personal figure to what you considered "quite a lot of money". Somebody could otherwise imagine even much higher figures. We hope to see you again in the future and best wishes silvio
