The ground floor accommodation consists of a Great Room with polished wood floors and a fireplace, an open plan kitchen and dining area, a study/library and a master bedroom with en suite facilities.
Stairs lead from the Great Room to the lower ground floor with a Family Room that features a large screen TV/DVD and a wet bar. Also located on this floor are two double bedrooms each with private bathroom and a single bedroom with separate access to the bathroom of one of the double bedrooms.
An extremely spacious Junior Suite with private bathroom and sitting area is located on the upper floor.
The property can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests, utilising a double sofa bed in the Family room and a roll-a-way bed.
The villa features some luxurious additions such as a PC with internet access and a hot tub on the garden terrace, so at the end of an active and energetic day you can head out to the terrace and let the warm waters and massage jets of the stylish hot tub soothe your weary muscles.

Situated in Breckenridge a 148 year old Victorian town in the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains.
The Breckenridge Ski Resort is spread out on the spine of the 10 mile range which stretches from Hoosier pass to Frisco with 10 miles of beautiful snow capped peaks.
The Aspen / Snowmass area
The Breckenridge ski area has a high mountain base at 9,600 feet and enjoys over 250 inches of snow every winter.
There are four main skiing areas covering a range of 2,200 acres. The house is situated conveniently near to all amenities including the Breckenridge Recreation Centre, a paradise for children and adults alike.
