Both Kent coasts can be reached within 20 minutes, including the fishing town of Whitstable famed for its oysters, to the north, and Dover with its historic castle and white cliffs to the south.
Our Small holding of 15 acres is yours to explore, all our animals are free range including our rare breed pigs,sheep,minature ponies (scooby & scrappy),dairy goats,pygmy goats,geese,ducks,chickens and of course Elvis and Ringo our beautiful Peacocks. If you would like to join in some of the farm activities this can sometimes be arranged. We also provide some of our own sausages and bacon to go with our own free range eggs, duck/chicken or in early spring a delicious goose egg...
This year has also seen the arrival on the pond of 3 gorgeous Black Swans which are wonderful to watch and can be fed along with the other birds. The children might also enjoy the play area on the farm which has a slide,swing,climbing rope, and see saw, of course a picnic bench is also there for the adults to enjoy a cup of tea and relax..

The Ashford, Kent / Charing area

Ashford’s excellent road and rail connections, along with its international Eurostar station, make it an ideal base from which to explore the Garden of England , and it's all no more than an hour from London and the M25.
Visit the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet where around 100 stores offer designer brands at rock bottom prices.
Mediaeval and 17th century buildings line the main street of Biddenden making it one of the prettiest and most unspoilt villages in the county. Smarden boasts a wealth of period houses and more than 100 listed buildings, while Pluckley is said to be Kent's most haunted village.
Charing is an ideal base from which walkers can explore the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty .
The perfectly -preserved 15th century village of Chilham with its castle, church and pub set around a central village square is often used as a film set, while Appledore, at the edge of the atmospheric Romney Marsh, is an ideal place for lunch followed by a leisurely stroll along the Royal Military Canal.
The cathedral city of Canterbury, Dover's famous white cliffs and castle, the cobbled streets of smuggler's Rye and attractions such as Leeds Castle, Chartwell home of Winston Churchill and Hever Castle the home of Anne Boleyn, and Sissinghurst Castle Gardens the creation of Vita Sackville-West who lived in Knole House in Sevenoaks, the largest private house in the country are all within easy reach.

The weekend was brilliant, mostly because of this amazing place. The décor is fantastic and it was nice for the boys to visit the animals, everyone had a brilliant time. The sausages were also amazing. We will defiantly be returning. It was nice and sunny which made having the farm area perfect. Thank you Joanna, this is very friendly place. – Gemma, Kwanele and bots – Portsmouth.
The accommodation is superb- without doubt 5 star luxury. The setting is wonderful with the added interest of the animals. We had a fantastic holiday and we will return. – The Martins – Northumberland
