Apartment | 1 bedrooms | sleeps 4
Welcome to our top (2nd) floor, historic, modernized, 1000 sq. ft. Biltmore Loft with gourmet kitchen, 18 inch brick walls, and located on a bustling corner smack-dab in the heartbeat of Downtown. You'll find some of the best coffee shops, craft beer taps, wine bars, restaurants, galleries, music venues, theaters, and shops just steps from your door. You may prefer only a two day stay but you should know that we do not charge extra for weekends, Holidays, and festivals (except for Bele Chere), unlike most of our friendly 'competitors.' Check out our photos and make your decision about the quality and location of our amenities and the simple elegance and charm of the old coupled with the new. Your own private steel-gated street entrance embedded with '39' (39 Biltmore Ave.) with new Keypad keyless access on the door is ready to go - sleeps 4 comfortably! A new 400+ Asheville City Parking Deck is right across the side street; Mast General Store is 1/2 block; the organic French Broad Co-op grocery is 1 block; Pack Square Park is right up the street; and the well known Orange Peel national music venue is 1 block south. 18 restaurants reveal their delicious flavors and a variety of galleries strut their stuff on this part of Biltmore Ave. alone. The Biltmore Loft is framed with 16 inch brick walls, high ceilings, and high-end Kolby windows for your quiet enjoyment in the cacophony of Downtown Asheville. You'll be enamored with the earthy feel of the historic brick and Heartwood Pine in this Manhattan Style Loft (open bedroom design + visually separate area with comfortable Sofa Bed). You'll find all the luxurious amenities including: flat screen HDTV; high speed 6Mb wireless internet; wireless audio dock for the i-phone, i-pod, i-pad and music streaming with smart phones; 3-D Blu-Ray/DVD Player with WiFi; new bedroom suite + Queen Sofa Bed, both with memory gel foam mattresses & pillow top; and Cuisinart coffee maker & blender. How about seating yourself in the quaint Double Decker Coffee & Dessert BUS patio next door or the pedestrian friendly designed Pack Square Park just up the street? The original home of the first craft brewery in Asheville, Highland Brewing Company, is located across the street under Barley's Taproom & Pizzeria. We could say more but you'll just have to explore the rest of the beauty and excitement on your own......Welcome to the Biltmore Loft - Welcome to Downtown Asheville!

The North Carolina region
Walk out your private gate from this quaint & historic 2nd story Loft with all the luxurious trappings to 18 restaurants within 2 blocks along with shops, galleries, restaurants, and pubs aplenty. Asheville Biltmore Loft is in the heartbeat of downtown Asheville with a 400+ City Parking Deck right across the side street. You'll be thrilled with the new Downtown Pack Square Park 1 block up the street by the Obelisk. Next door is the quaint Double D's Coffee & Dessert BUS & outdoor patio and Pura Vida gift shop. Walk to the top-rated Blue Spiral Art Gallery across the street and the Haen Gallery opposite the new A-Loft Hotel. Waltz on down to the well known Orange Peel national music venue 1 block south or to Mast General, the old timey general store 1/2 block north. This isn't South Beach but we do have the second most Art Deco buildings in the U.S.A. Try the Art Deco Fine Arts Theatre across the street. Barley's Taproom & Pizzeria is across the street on the retail floor and the original home of the Highland Brewing Company, the first craft brewery in Asheville in 1994, was on the lower level. Broadway styled Diana Wortham Theatre has world class performances right up the street at Pack Square and the French Broad Co-op organic market is only 1 block south. Also tantalizing is the plethora of 'farm to table' restaurants and the canvas of art galleries, shops, & coffee houses on Biltmore Ave. and the rest of downtown Asheville. Famed Biltmore Estate is only 7 minutes south and the world class Grove Park Inn & Spa is only 7 minutes north. The Grove Arcade, our nation's first indoor mall, is a short 6 block walk and bypasses Pritchard Park, home of the Friday evening Drum Circle (summer). There's is much, much more.....Have FUN.......
