Windsor Forest Court is a small and exclusive mews development situated in leafy Ascot, on the 18 hole private Mill Ride Golf Course, (ideal for a Golfing Holiday). The gated, converted stables are truly stunning and of historical interest, being built in the early 1900's to stable the King's polo ponies at Windsor Forest Stud..
The ground floor apartments are situated 1 mile from Ascot Racecourse and are located in a secure & peaceful area. Please take a look at our website by clicking the blue link in the yellow contacts box at the bottom of the page. Ascot High Street (a stretch of the legs or short drive) provides pubs/bars/ restaurants/cafes & jazz clubs for entertainment. Windsor and Eton are a 20 minute drive away through Windsor Great Park with the Castle, great Theatre, fabulous shopping and restaurants. Wonderful LEGOLAND for the children is on our doorstep, just a 10 minute drive from us, as is Coral Reef Water Park. Virginia Water, has wonderful lakeside and woodland walks/cycling and Savill Gardens with a breathtaking collection of specimen planting, complete with cafe/restaurant/shop and are again within a 10 minute drive away. Smiths Lawn Polo fields are also found at Virgina Water, providing a great summer family picinic venue.
Your stay also includes use of the private Golf Club practice areas and Club House which has its own small gym, sauna, lounge bar & restaurant. Short term Golf Membership on the beautiful, private18 hole course can be arranged, as can golf tuition from one of the 2 golf professionals.
Within easy walking distance there are a few shops comprising; convenience store /grocer/newsagent/post office, butcher, a fine Indian restaurant with take-away, Thai/fish & chip take-away and a beauty salon.
Trains to London run regularly every 30 minutes from Ascot station and more frequently during rush hour.

The Central Southern England region
Ascot Is a beautiful leafy woodland district located in the Royal County of Berkshire, with many Equestrian centres and Polo fields. There are several superb restaurants in the area, some Michelin starred! For music lovers we have two excellent Jazz/music Clubs in Ascot.
Home to the famous Ascot Racecourse and close to Royal Windsor with Windsor Castle, the Great Park and fabulous shopping. Legoland Theme Park is minutes away.
From Ascot Railway Station, central London (Waterloo) is approximately 1 hour away with Theatres, Restaurants, Museums and The River Thames. Guildford is 30 mins and Reading is a 15 mins train ride.
Both the famous Wentworth and Sunningdale Golf Courses are only a 10 minute drive away from the apartments at Windsor Forest Court.
For wonderful scenic walking, cycling and driving we have Windsor Great Park, Virginia Water and Savill Gardens, all just a 10/15 minute drive away.
The Apartments/Mews Houses are situated on a wonderful 18 hole Golf Course, less that 1 mile from the prestigious Royal Ascot Racecourse and very convenient for the M3, M4 and M25 motorways.
There is an excellent, frequent rail service from Ascot Station to London (within 1 hour), Reading and Guildford.
Ascot High Street is a 5 minute drive with all local amenities and plenty of good restaurants, cafés and bars. Within an easy 3 minutes walking distance from the Apartments, there are a few local shops includng; post office/newsagent/general store, butcher, a fine indian restaurant 'Mango' a Thai/Chinese/fish & chip take away, as well as a Hairdresser/beauty salon and local well stocked Library. Tesco Express and Budgen are on the High Street and 24hr Tesco and Waitrose Supermarkets are also easily reached, both some 15 minutes drive away. The two major nearby shopping areas are Windsor, (with the Royal Windsor Designer shopping area within the old Victorian Railway Station) and Reading, where the fabulous 'Oracle' shopping, dining and entertainment Mall can be found.
