Casale San Rustico has been recently restored and is only a few kilometres from San Benedetto del Tronto, which in on the border of Marche and Abruzzo. The property extends towards the rolling hills and vines, with splendid views over the surrounding countryside. Casale San Rustico was built at the beginning of the years 900’s, restored with great care by the present proprietors.
The property is made up of two building which distance only a few meters from one another. The main building has classical characteristics of a traditional country house: outside in stone and flooring in “cotto” and visible wooden ceiling beams. Casale San Rustico has characteristics that can satisfy both seaside and countryside lovers.
The country house is immersed in open countryside but at the same time is only 10 km from the well known “Riviera delle Palme” which runs north along the Adriatic coastal line, where guests can either sunbathe or go for relaxing walks by the sea. Whereas lovers of the unforgettable countryside can visit antique hamlets such as Ripatransone, Offida and Ascoli Piceno, where you can enjoy a good glass of red Piceno.

Ripatransone, a nice old town, with all the basic services is at only 1,5 km from the property, while San Benedetto del Tronto with all sort of shops is 12 km far. From San Rustico you can organize nice daily trips towards the whole countryside of Marche and visit cities such as Ascoli Piceno (famous also for its red wine).

Further details indoors: MAIN BUILDING: The main building is divided on to two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room furnished with fireplace and comfortable sofa’s and armchairs. From the living room, three stone arches entices you into the spacious kitchen/dining room which is very well equipped. On this floor there is also a service bathroom. Via an internal “cotto” staircase, you reach the first floor, which is essentially the night zone. This floor is made up of 2 double bedrooms, another double bedroom with an additional single bed on an intermediate floor, 2 bathrooms with showers and a laundry room.
DEPENDENCE: Situated 5 meters from the main building, this in on one floor and is made up of one twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and a panoramic balcony.
Further details outdoors: The property has over 2,5 hectares of land. The area surrounding the property and the pool is mainly lawn, lavender, broom bushes and numerous species of flowers and plants. This splendid and colourful park extends to about 700 m². The external part of the property's ground is made up of olives groves, cypresses and vines. On one side of the property there is a terrace which is equipped with table, chairs, umbrellas, wood oven and barbecue.
Conditions
TERMS OF PAYMENT: - 30% as deposit to be paid on the act of booking plus the costs of opening the file Euro 40.00. - 70% as balance to be paid in the forty days preceding the beginning of location. Balance payment by Credit card will be accepted.
BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 40 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF STAY: In this case the clients must make the payment of the total amount of the rent in one single installment on the act of booking. The way of payment will be the same as in the normal booking procedure.
