This is a recently refurbished lovely Mallorcan Finca with a large garden in a rural location with views of the countryside and the distant mountains. It is close to the ancient town (1km) of Arta and near the local sandy beaches (5km).
The house has a large open plan reception room with a kitchen, a utility room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a large covered terrace overlooking the garden and the patio which has a BBQ and paved natural stone area for relaxing or sun bathing.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
The stunning natural beauty of Mallorca will delight you. This area of beautiful unspoilt coastline has many natural sandy beaches which are all within 10 minutes drive. The local area is unspoilt by high-rise style mass tourism and provides the holidaymaker with the authentic traditional Mallorca.
Arta area
Arta the local Mallorcan town with its shops, good restaurants, medieval church and monastery is 1km drive away. Cala Rajada, busy harbour town with beach, many restaurants and lively nightlife is 15 mins drive. Canyamel provides rocky cove or sandy beaches, beach cafe and restaurants 10 mins drive. Many more sandy beaches in the area within 10 mins drive.
Four championship courses, including Capdepera golf club, Pula golf (championship course), and Canyamel golf club. All are excellent 18 hole courses within 10 to fifteen minute drive.
How to get there
All the major Airlines fly to Palma including BA from Gatwick, EasyJet from Luton, Gatwick, or Stanstead. Ryanair from Stanstead. Monarch from Luton and BMI from Heathrow.
The house is 50 minutes drive from Palma Airport. The journey is best made by hiring a car from the airport. Good companies include Hertz, Europcar, Sixty, and Carjet. These companies all operate inside the terminal building and should be booked online before your journey to get the best prices.
Leaving Palma Airport you travel north east on the brand new motorway which gives you an easy drive across the island.

Further details indoors: The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite shower room (basin and toilet) with a door to the garden. The second bedroom has twin beds. The main bathroom has a large shower cubicle, bidet, wash basin and toilet.
The kitchen has fitted cupboards, a double sink, a dish washer, a gas cooker, a toaster, a coffee machine and breakfast bar. In the utility room there is a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, and the gas central heating/hot water boiler.
The large, bright, open plan living room has vaulted ceiling and fireplace. Dining and kitchen area at far end. Double doors onto lovely terrace with seating and dining area. Sofas, coffee table, DVD player and sound system.
Further details outdoors: A large secluded garden, with a wild, rugged but tranquil feel. Many fresh fruit trees line the edge of the organic paradise including oranges, lemons, and wonderfully sweet white grapes, all ready to be picked and presented at dinner time.
Paved patio area framed by fragrant lavender bushes, with sun loungers, sun umbrella and rustic barbecue. Sheltered terrace with dining table and chairs overlooking the garden and surrounding countryside.
