The detached house has recently been renovated. The house is situated with a nice view over the sea and walking distance to 2 nice restaurants and the seafront. The house has got 2 bedrooms with 4 beds. A mainroom with a Spanish styled kitchen. The terrace and solar room give you 2 extra rooms outside and are very private.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Mallorca has very nice weather from late March to early November. There many places of interest whether it be city of Palma with its trendy cafes and beautiful Cathedral or the country side of the island. There are a lot of examples of unspoilt villages and coves around the coast.

Arta / Betlem area

Betlem is a small village with 2 restaurants with excellent food.The sea is a 2 minute walk away.
There is a nice golf course ca15 minutes away at Capdepera. There are 5 other courses within 20-30 minutes away.
The nearest town is Colonia de St. Pere (3km) which has seeveral nice restaurants. A very beautiful promenade at seaside. You can also find a number of shops and banks.
The next large town is Arta (9km) where every Tuesday a local market taking place.
Not far away the magnificent beaches of Alcudia Bay, Cala Ratjada, Porto Cristo and the Caves of Drach are situated.

How to get there

Regular and budget flights to Palma from all main airports in Europe. One hour driving from the airport to Betlem on very good roads.

The house contains of 2 Bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) with a Bathroom containing a shower, WC. French doors from the kitchen dining room area leads to a private terrace with sea views with place for 8-10 people for dining.
Nice kitchen in traditional Spanish style -fully equipped.

A nice teracce with dining possibility for up to 10 persons. Also a nice solar-room at the back with shower under a grape tree.

Linen and towels provided. Cleaning of the house and linenwashing after leaving are included in price.

Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week at the time of booking. The balance to be paid no less than 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Please contact the owner to discuss the details.
