About the home

The seafront bungalow is situated in Punta Mujeres, a typical Spanish fishing village where there are supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance. The natural lava made seawater pools surround the village and offer safe swimming at high tide. There is a golden sandy beach in the neighbouring village of Arrieta, just 5 minutes by car.

The bungalow is fully modernised and furnished to a high standard and has satellite TV.
There is a private terrace, ideal for alfresco dining or maybe just lounging on the sunbeds!

The lounge/dining area looks out to sea and offers comfortable seating, satellite TV, DVD player, CD/Radio. The fully fitted modern kitchen is very well equipped with kettle, toaster, oven, grill, microwave, inductive hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, table, lamps, clock/radio, hairdryer and large fitted wardrobes which house a safe. Bedroom 2, facing the sea, has 2 single beds, table, lamp. clock/radio, desk and large fitted wardrobes.
The bathroom has a modern walk in shower, WC, washbasin and shelving unit.

Further details outdoors:
The large private terrace faces the sea and has table, chairs and sun loungers for your comfort.
The windows and doors are bright blue aluminium with double glazing and shutters.
There are spectacular views from the terrace of the sea towards Arrieta village and Punta Mujeres on the other side.
A private promenade divides the terrace from the sea.

Your holiday bungalow will be prepared for your arrival, all bedding and towels provided .
You will be sent a holiday information pack with details and information on payment of your final balance.

Conditions

A refundable security deposit of £75.00 is payable with your balance, refunded within 2 weeks of your holiday subject to property inspection.
A 25% non refundable deposit is payable to secure the booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday.
Sorry no pets and no smoking inside the property.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote is situated just 69 miles off the coast of Africa, is 60 km long and 20km wide, therefore travelling and sightseeing is easy. The island has a wonderful volcanic landscape and many attraction are within easy reach of Punta Mujeres. The village is situated on the north east coast of Lanzarote, only a 25 minute drive from the airport. It is a quaint fishing village, on the coast, which boasts a series of natural lava seawater pools, ideal for bathing. The volcanic caves , Cueva de los Verdes and Jameos del Agua are within easy reach as are many of the attractions of the island.
The village of Orzola is only a few kilometeres away and here you can board a ferry to the small picturesque island of La Graciosa.

The Arrieta / Punta Mujeres area

Punta Mujeres has a many supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Casa Lucho, a local cafe, has free wifi. There is also a bike and fishing tackle hire shop only 5 minutes from the bungalow, the nearest supermarket is 2 minutes.
The seawater pools all have stainless handrails for safe bathing.
Towards the Arrieta end of the village is the El Largo restaurant which offers good quality food, friendly service and an indoor pool with fish! You can dine on the terrace and enjoy the views of the Atlantic.
