Guestbook for Wood Dell
A wonderful time in a real gem of a location, The children really enjoyed all of the activities in the area especially the wild rivers, the horse riding and the thermal swimming pools. We loved the walks and the views from the ridge behind the village-We will be back!
A quick mail to let you know that we had a wonderful break and loved the villa. The kids had a great time discovering all the wildlife in the garden, and we also enjoyed the swimming pool at Alet-les-Bains, the Mediterranean, gorges, castles, local walks and wine. Saw fantastic birds and animals (hoopoe, nightjar, vultures (?), flamingoes on the Etangs, fox, red squirrel, and edible dormouse - the latter caused some excitement as it had come into the house and fallen into the loo in the night - but was duly rescued, revived and released - see pic!). All the instructions etc were very helpful and the villa had everything we needed. We hope to come back for more one day!
