This beautiful large villa is situated in a small urbanisation east of Pera. The house has beautiful sea and country views. There is a small road to the superb sandy beach some 5kms long between Galé and Armação de Pera with several beach bar restaurants and facilities to hire sun beds and sunshades.
Accommodation Ground floor: Hall, cloakroom, lounge/dining area with Satellite and HiFi, fully equipped kitchen, twin bedroom with bathroom (bath + shower). A sofa bed off the lounge can be curtained off and used as a double bedroom and people who sleep there have a private shower room.

Basement: Garage, laundry with washing machine and dryer

The Algarve region
The Algarve, located in the south of Portugal, offers ideal features for a wonderful holiday: practically year-round sunshine, golden sandy beaches with bars/restaurants, some of Europe’s best golf courses (20+), "Monchique" mountain, romantic hidden towns, good value restaurants and almond blossom covered fields in winter.
Although the Algarve is well known for its "sun, sea and golf" offer, there are also places of historic interest like the castles of Paderne and Castro Marim, the palace of Estoi, the Roman bridge and castle of Silves, an idyllic town located 15km from the coast, the Cape St. Vincent in Sagres, the most south-westerly town of Europe, which was one of the most important towns during the Age of Discovering.
Armacao de Pera / Pera area
The villa is located in Pêra, close to some of the Algarve´s best beaches - with nice beach bars and restaurants.
Our villa management office is 3km from the villa and they offer advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the house and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided.
Albufeira town is 8kms, around 15 min drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season.
Algarve Shopping, the biggest shopping centre in the region with several shops, restaurants, bowling, hypermarket (open Mon-Sun until 12:00 pm) is at Guia, a small town famous for many good value restaurants specialising in 'chicken piri piri', only 10min drive.

Conditions
Refundable breakage deposit of £300 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no problems reported by our property management office.
