Situated just outside the town centre, within 5 minutes walk of the local bars, cafes, restaurants, shops and miles of golden sandy beaches. Armacao de Pera is centrally located in the Algarve and is an ideal base for those who wish to explore this area of Portugal.
For the golfers, you will be spoilt for choice with over 10 courses available within 30 minutes drive. Shuttle buses run from the town to main attractions including zoo marine and the water parks. Algarve shopping centre, including cinemas, restaurants and 10 pin bowling is only a 10 minute drive. There are lots of facilities within easy walking distance. The apartment is less than 50 kilometres from Faro Airport, so approx a 45 minute journey. Transfers can be arranged.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The golden beaches of Armacoa de Pera are only 6 minutes walk away from the apartment. The local beach is over 2 miles long. It offers safe bathing with a gentle slope. Pedalos, jet skis, etc. available in high season. Numerous other sandy beeches and coves nearby. Fantastic coastal walks along the cliff tops of the Algarve.
Armacao de Pera area
Truly the best and the most popular destination now in Algarve is Albufeira town. It is considered to be the Heart of the resort and combines everything in it from Old Town Churches and places of interest, famous fish markets, beautiful views and countryside to a modern life, discos, bars and night clubs.
Everybody will definitely find something for himself in Albufeira and around it. Famous strip road just off the Albufeira town centre won’t let you become bored at all. Lots of shops, pubs and football clubs. People say it's a "Little Britain" out there, apart from the weather of course. You will love it!
There are also plenty of places to visit with your children. "Zoomarine," "The Big One" and "Slide and Splash" are all within easy reach. Some smaller attractions are in the area too.

All balcony doors have shutters which help keep the rooms cool. Two lifts available from underground parking (and ground floor) to 5th floor for ease of access. Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged if required. 'A welcome pack' of bread, tea, coffee, milk, bottled water and a fresh fruit bowl can be provided on request. Underground parking. This is a non-smoking apartment.
Bedroom with double bed, 2 bedside tables, large wardrobe and chest of draws. Bathroom with bath over bath shower, vanity unit, WC and bidet.
Living room and dining area. Modern lounge contains 1 large 3 seater sofa-bed (sleeps 2), 1 smaller 2 seat sofa (sleeps 1). Flat LCD screen TV, DVD player with playback from USB flash memory option.
Kitchen contains cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. Fully equipped kitchen for 6. Dining table with seating for 4.
Further details outdoors: There are various supermarkets and shops within a short walking distance along with a local daily market for fish, meat, vegetables and bread (usually mornings only). Within town there are varied shops, restaurants and bars. A speciality is fish for which Armacao is well known. There are also plenty of Multibanco cash machines as well as doctor’s surgeries, chemists, dentists and pharmacies.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS / NO SHOW
Booking is not refundable if cancelled less than 6 weeks before arrival or in case of "no show".
Part refund will be issued if cancelled more than 6 weeks before arrival according to the table below:
6 weeks to 3 months before arrival: refund of 50% of the total rent (if paid) 3 month to 6 month before arrival: refund of 70% of the total rent (if paid) over 6 month before arrival: refund of 80% of the total rent (if paid)
In many cases we require only 20% (minimum 200EUR) non-refundable deposit to book the property and allow the remaining balance to be paid on arrival. Effectively, in most cases it means that if cancelled you only loose 20% of the total rent even if cancellation is made less that 6 months before arrival despite figures in the table above.
In many cases we tend NOT to collect refundable part of the rent to avoid bank foreign transaction charges in case of cancellations.
