One year old, spacious 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom 4th floor apartment located in the centre of Armação de Pêra, a bustling resort situated between Albufeira and Carvoeiro. It is only a 5 minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach stretching as far as the eye can see.
The apartment has been comfortably furnished and is well equipped, making it ideal for a self-catering holiday. It has air conditioning/heating throughout. The apartment is serviced by a lift and has a phone entry system. There is a private underground secure parking space in addition to plenty of parking spaces near to the block.
There is a shared pool, children’s pool and outside shower.
Within a few minutes walk of the apartment you will find most amenities including a good supermarket, banks, cash points, internet facility, shops, bars and restaurants.
If you don’t wish to hire a car and want to be within easy walking distance of all amenities and the beach then this is a great location for you.

The apartment has been tastefully furnished, it has air conditioning installed.
The furniture and accessories are also of a high standard including leather settees and armchairs with a LCD TV with DVD player and satellite TV. Cotton linen is provided and towels are included (for indoor use only).
The lounge and kitchen share the balcony. Both bedrooms have two single beds which can be pushed together. The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet, sink and bidet. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday, including washing machine and dishwasher.
Rest assured we have a Portuguese full rental license, please ensure who ever you rent with has thi,s or you are not fully protected.

The pool areas are part of the Alto Dos Navegantes condominium and are available for tenants to use.The apartment includes a secure underground car park and has secure entry via a communal entrance.
All rooms benefit from black out shutters, ideal for those leisurely lie ins or siestas and keeping the rooms cool whilst you enjoy the beach or are out at the pool.

Strictly no smoking in the apartment but allowed on the balcony. No Pets allowed.
Refundable breakages deposit of £200 cheque required prior to arrival, on departure apartment is checked by condo manager, deposit is then returned.
Welcome packs are available on request (contact the owners with your request in advance).
The property is managed by a local reputable Portuguese management company (who also speak English) & are on call for any unlikely emergencies or advice.
The Algarve / Central Algarve region
With over 3,000 hours of sunshine a year the weather in the Algarve region is what attracts many people to the area. The summers in Armação de Pera are long and dry with a mild pleasant winter climate and limited rainfall. July and August are the hottest months with average temperatures reaching 30°C and up to 12 hours of sunshine a day.
Spring and autumn are still mild with temperatures at 17-19°C. The coldest winter months are December and January with temperatures around a mild 15°C with an average of 6 hours of sunshine a day.
This temperate climate allows all year access for golfers or those just seeking a relaxing break.
The Armacao de Pera area
In recent times Armação de Pera was nothing more than a collection of small buildings where the local residents from the nearby village of Pera used to maintain their fishing boats.
It has developed into a tourist resort popular with Portuguese and British tourists and offers a wonderful holiday location. The town boasts one of the finest and longest sandy beaches in the Algarve and has many good restaurants and bars offering excellent value and quality, especially if you enjoy fresh seafood. The friendliness of the locals add to the attraction of this town.
There are many different attractions within easy travelling distance, these include Zoomarine, Aqualand and water parks, the towns of Albufeira, Pera & Silves and the main shopping area of Algarve Shopping at Guia.
There are many beautiful coves and small beaches nearby if you prefer a quiet sunbathe, swim in the sea or picnic.
Car Hire is not necessary for this apartment as most amenities are close by. If you wish to go further afield there are many trips on offer, as well as public transport. However, if you do like exploring yourself then we would recommend car hire, even for part of your stay as the Algarve has so much to offer and it is a shame not to see some of it.

Faro is the nearest airport - 47km, the journey from the airport to the apartment takes about 45 minutes. Many airlines fly to Faro e.g. Monarch, Thomson Fly, Easyjet, Ryanair, British Airways, Jet2, Flythomascook, Aer Lingus, Flybe, BMI, Flygloespan.

Had a lovely trip to portugal, great apartment, clean modern spacious with all you need washer, dishwasher etc comfy beds. plenty of storage for clothes. Information and maps easy to find and quite a quiet complex two bedrooms so great for the children to be in there own room. Didnt use pool on site as bit too cold in april but looked clean and the communal area clean and tidy. beach about 5-10 mins with resturants etc, with food places on way where locals eat (but fab food) not very touristy and quite a built up area out of season so very quiet but fine for what we wanted a quite break with out two children aged 1 and 5. nice beach and we had some fab food at resturants in the town, visited aqua marine and shopping complex. used recommended english speaking taxi that was great took us door to door lovely bloke but forgot his name think its lenord!. |
