The double bedroom has the option to have two single beds or linked together becomes a super king. In the lounge you will find the option of a luxurious leather sofa bed and seating for 4 comfortably with a wall mounted LCD T.V.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with everything needed for those who may decide to cook with the fantastic range of Portuguese and other European foods widely available in supermarkets nearby

The development is very modern and has a fantastic roof-top pool which has amazing sea views.

Situated just 300 metres from Armacao´s beach famous for being the longest stretch of beach in Portugal and having a working fisherman's area, which still feeds this vibrant towns restaurants with great fish dishes.

A refundable breakages deposit of £150 is to be paid in conjunction with final balance payment. This will be refunded up to 10 days after your departure (subject to a satisfactory property inspection).

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental fee is required to secure booking. Balance payment is due 4 weeks before the start of the rental period.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve offers 160 km of glorious, golden, sandy beaches, rocky coves, clear Atlantic water, rugged cliffs and enclosed grottoes. The South of Portugal was the last place to gain independence from the Moors in 1292, conquered by the King Dom Afonso III and even today traces of the Moorish presence are visible in the unique terraces, chimneys and whitewashed villas.

The Algarve has been influenced by the wealth of tourist visiting this area, however just a short drive inland reveals the true Algarve where life goes on much as it has for many centuries. This region is filled with orange groves, almond trees in blossom, carob trees and fragrant pines as well as some cork farms, which are still in operation today. If you like the active out door holiday, the Algarve has ideal conditions and top class facilities; the golf courses are superb and have a highly prized reputation. The Atlantic provided an excellent playground for Water sports with the West coast offering the best surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing conditions. Above all, the Algarve is a children's haven with several exciting water parks, 'Zoomarine' sealife centre, horse riding centres and plenty of fun on the beaches! Whatever your preference, you will find your personal paradise in the Algarve.

The Armacao de Pera / Quinta dos Arcos area

The town has grown from a cluster of small shacks were the locals from the nearby town of Pera tendered to their boats in a holiday hot spot renowned for quite bars and Restaurants. This resort is busy during the summer months however is a wonderful and peaceful retreat outside of the summer months.

Armecao de Pera has one of the longest beaches in the Algarve this stretches from Salgaldos to Armecao de Pera, and you can enjoy walking along this stretch of beach stopping at a number of lovely snack bars and restaurants as you stroll along this beautiful landscape.

It still has a working Fishing community and is home to their boats and huts, you can watch the fishermen cast their nets on the fisherman’s beach situated her in Armecao.

Armecao de Pera is close to all amenities and a short distance from Zoo Marina, and around a 10 minutes drive to Aqualand situated in Porches, and about 15 minutes to Slip and Slide water park in Lagoa.

Algarve shopping is within easy reach of Armecao de Pera and boast large chain stores such as Zara.

Armecao de Pera has easy access to numerous Golf Courses Salgaldos Golf course and is only 2 minutes from the new luxury course at Amendoeria designed by Nick Faldo and Christine O’Connor
