About the home

One bedroom apartment on a private complex with a shared pool set in the garden.
The apartment is furnished to a high standard with a fully fitted kitchen and is only 500 meters away from the beach which is the longest in Portugal and one of most beautiful with all water sports on it. The apartment has a balcony that looks out onto the countryside and is not overlooked.The living room consists of three sofas one being a sofa bed and the living room leads onto the balcony.
There is also satellite tv,dvd player and air conditioning through out.The bathroom has a bath and shower and is furnished to a high standard. The complex is set in a residential area and is quiet but only minutes from the town centre and beach.The town is very cosmopolitan with its typical Portuguese quaint houses and restaurants serving the typical portuguese foods and cold drinks.

Then there's the ultra modern side with its new apartments and international restaurants with food from all over the world, Chinese, Indian, French, British, Italian, Irish etc.There is just over a 5 minute walk to two beautiful protected coved beaches with beach bars, restaurant in Aeiras de Porches. Armacao de Pera can offer both the chill out holiday or the active holiday you choose.

There is a pool for the use of the guests in the private garden with free sun loungers and is protected with a hedge and can only be entered through a locked gate.

Welcome packs can be arranged pool open from March to December and only used by the guests of the complex.

There is a deposit required on booking of 25% and balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.We require a cash deposit for breakages on entry returned on exit provided no damage.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve has over 100 miles of golden beaches and the larger ones have lifeguard patrols and also they have beach bars cafes serving excellent food and cold drinks.All the beaches are free to use but there is a small charge for the hire of the sunloungers and parasols.The Algarve is best known for its weather and beautiful beaches but it also has a strong history with the moors, Spanish and the romans. The beaches regularly wash up Roman artefacts and the moors influence is in the buildings and fishing villages. The Algarve offers aqua parks with water slides,daily fishing trips or boat rides along the coast,over a dozen championship golf courses and Roman ruins to visit.

The Armacao de Pera / Quinta dos Arcos area

There is a sand festival held every year in pera it opens in June closes in October artists from all over the world take part in sculpturing the sand into different themes ,Then there's the famous Zoo marine with its interactive dolphins and water slides you get a free bus to and from Armacao de Pera.

There is a market held every week for those presents you take home for friends and family or take a trip to Lisbon for the ultimate shopping trip. Then there's Fatima the religious centre of Portugal and visit the beautiful cathedral where thousands of pilgrims visit every year. The beach is one of the most beautiful in the Algarve and offers all water sports. There are two golf courses to play on only minutes away from the apartment and we can get discounted rounds on all courses across the Algarve. The largest aqua park in Portugal is only a 5 minute drive and you can get their bus service to and from the park. Every August Armacao de Pera holds a sardine festival thanking the sea for its plentiful supply of sardines which is a Portuguese speciality dish. Then there's Albufeira old town with its quaint houses and cafes located around the famous square and the strip with over 200 bars cafes and restaurants only minutes away from the apartment.
