Situated just 5 miles outside of Albufeira in the village of Pêra, a lovely old fashioned village. Jardins de Pera itself offers the opportunity to relax in the Algarvian sunshine, yet it is close enough to the many other attractions including beaches, golf courses, water parks as well as Zoomarine with its live dolphin show. For anyone who needs retail therapy while on holiday, they will find a very large "air-conditioned" shopping mall only 10 minues drive away. A 3 minute drive takes you to a very unspoilt area of coast with a nature reserve, leading over sand dunes to a lovely long beach. The property is situated in a small gated community and benefits from a large shared family pool and a small children's pool. There is also a very nice large covered BBQ area at the other end of the pool situated in colourful landscaped gardens. The property is ideally situated and extremely comfortable, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve offers a great deal of versatility for whatever type of holiday you require, there are an abundance of beaches with long stretches of sand and many secluded coves with cliff rock formations. The Portuguese are a famous seafaring nation and there are many excellent seafood restaurants to choose from, as well as others offering international cuisine. The Algarve is famous for high quality golf courses dotted all along the coast. There are many other sporting facilities and waterparks all within easy reach.
Armacao de Pera / Pera area
Located near the small village of Pera between Albufeira and Armacao de Pera this property is ideally placed for you to plan your holiday to satisfy whatever your requirements. The village of Pera is 5 minutes walk away. Here you will find shops, bakers, butchers plus a couple of restaurants (Italian & traditional Portugese), Sports Bar and cafes. The local sandy beaches offer a selection of watersports. Boat trips and cruises can be taken from Albufeira and Vilamoura including touring the natural caves, fishing and dolphin watching. Two very popular water parks are within a short drive away while the famous Zoomarine, with its spectacular live dolphin show, can be located within a 10 min drive Salgados Golf course is within five minutes drive from the property, with many other courses within easy reach. Close by are the local towns of Vale de Parra and Guia both offering a varied amount of local food and drink in a quiet atomosphere. While Albufeira and Armacao de Pera offer a much more lively atmosphere with a abundance of fine restaurants and night life. The old town of Albufeira offer's the same, in a more Portuguese tradition, with added llive street entertainment during the summer months.
How to get there
The property is about a 45 minute drive from Faro airport. Faro airport is served by nearly all the 'budget' airlines plus the 'charters'. Car hire is very easily arranged and there are taxis which charge about 40 euros each way.

Further details indoors: The property is ideal for families and has 2 twin bedrooms, both with large built in wardrobes. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and the downstairs cloackroom also has a large shower. The Kitchen is well equipped. The lounge boasts a large sofa bed and armchair plus a dining area for six. Under the marble stairs is washing machine (and iron and ironing board).
Further details outdoors: Situated on a small, new gated community of 25 townhouses. A nice relaxed community area with a large family pool and a small children's pool. There is also a table and chairs out on the terrace for al fresco dining. There is also a very nice large covered BBQ area at the other end of the pool. The landscaping has been done very tastefully.

Maid service can be arranged, cots can be hired, all subject to a local charge If someone were to find access to the main bedrooms upstairs difficult then with the sofabed and shower/cloackroom down stairs they could still enjoy a holiday in this property.
Conditions
£200 'security' bond paid with balance due 8 weeks before. This is returned once no damages have been reported.
