About the home

Luxury air conditioned apartment with excellent facilities - ideal for families or couples. Situated in a great location, the apartment is in a complex with two beautiful swimming pools (one large and one kiddies) in an enclosed central area - key for access.

The apartment itself has two deluxe fitted bathrooms with showers and a hydro massage bath.

A glorious sandy beach, stretching for over two miles with restaurants and sunbathing facilities is just a three minute walk away. And while the lively resort of Albufeira is about a 15 minute drive or taxi ride the fishing town of Amercao de Pera, with it's shops bars and restaurants, is just a 10 minute walk.

A fully equipped kitchen is also available for those who can resist the temptation of numerous excellent local restaurants!

The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard with just about everything you could want. It is fully air-conditioned and has sattelite TV offering many UK channels (including BBC & ITV, CBeebies etc) and numerous radio stations.

The kitchen is also fully equipped offering the potential to cater for yourself (if you can resist the temptation of the numerous fine restaurants within a short walk of the front door!).

All linen and bathroom towels are provided.

There are numerous sunbeds provided around the swimming pools. There is also a free WiFi link in pool area.

A privately owned Gym was opened within the complex in 2010. Although not owned by Clube Nautilus complex directly it seems a very professional, well equipped and clean operation and it is open to all at a reasonable cost.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The complex is on the west side of the fishing port of Amercao de Pera approximately half way along the Algarve coast and about a 40 minute drive from Faro airport.

The Algarve is a beautiful region of Portugal and has over 300 days of sunshine per year! Even in November and December when London has an average of just one hour of sunshine per day the Algarve has around six! The summers are hot but a cool refreshing breeze from the Atlantic helps to keep it comfortable.

There are numerous activities available within just a short drive of Armacao de Pera.

The Armacao de Pera / Porches Clube Nautilus area

Clube Nautilus has it's own private entrance to the beautiful sandy beach. There are 3 cafe/restaurants on the beach as well as numerous others within walking distance down the road into Armacao de Pera.

Armacao de Pera is just a few minutes walk down the road, along the coast. Here, if you're wanting nightlife, you'll find a good choice. As the town is along the coast a little Clube Nautilus is neatly cocooned giving it a serene and peaceful atmosphere.

Clube Nautilus is ideal if you have small children and want to be on the beach. It is also ideal if you have teenagers, or older, who want access to the town or livelier resort of Albufeira.

Water sports at the beach and at water parks, golf, fishing tennis, health club, beauty salons, all are available without having to go far at all.
