Sleeping up to 6 people this privately owned, luxurious villa is air-conditioned throughout and offers all the modern conveniences to make this a home away from home. Newly built to a very high standard, we have tried to cater for everything you need to make your holiday as enjoyable and relaxing as possible.
Situated approx. 1km from Pera's local beach and 5 mins from local shops Casa Mary is in the centre of a small, friendly urbanisation with all the facilities needed to provide you with a relaxing holiday. Cafes, restaurants, tennis, beauty salon, bank, video rental, pharmacy and medical clinic all on your doorstep. Just a short drive to various golf courses, children's amusement parks and bars/nightclubs for evening entertainment.
Pera is an ideal location from which to explore and discover all that The Algarve has to offer.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
With many of the traditional Portuguese towns being modernised to cope with the growing tourism the rural village of Pera remains a reminder of the un-spoilt typical sleepy Algarve. Boasting one of the finest longest sandy beaches in the Algarve this is a popular location for tourists.
With local shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance of the villa, you don't have to hire a car, however in order to fully experience what the Algarve has to offer, we would recommend it.
For those interested in the Algarves golf resorts, there are plenty to chose from within easy reach of the villa.
Armacao de Pera / Pera area
Nearby Towns...
Armaçào de Péra:
Not very long ago this nearby seaside town was no more than a collection of small shacks where the local residents from the nearby village of Pera used to maintain their fishing boats. Nowadays the town is a popular tourist attraction with one of the longest and most popular beaches in the Algarve.
On the beach close to the eastern side of the town are a number of fish restaurants that pride themselves on serving fresh fish. The spread of building from Armação de Pera has been mainly to the west with the creation of several holiday apartment complexes above the very charming beaches of Senhora da Rocha.
Albufeira
At the end of a long beach that stretches from Faro, in recent years Albufeira has grown from a tiny fishing village to become the most well-known holiday resorts on the Algarve. Although retaining some of its original charm, in the summer tourists from all over Europe can always find something going on at any hour of the day or night.
Vilamoura
Vilamoura is ideally located, features a wide choice of prime accommodation, offers the commercial structure for day-to-day needs and is bursting with sporting and leisure facilities for the whole family. It is a place for rest and relaxation but also for pursuing active pastimes and sports; a friendly and safe residential haven, but also a vibrant and exciting night-life centre.
It is Portuguese, but also truly cosmopolitan. Away from the hectic pace and the stress of the modern world, all who visit are revitalised by the lifestyle, the convenience and the hospitality of this truly special place.
Loulé
The market town of Loulé is the administrative centre to a thriving and multi-facetted council. Inland you will find the old Algarve life in and around the sleepy hill towns of Salir and Alte; travel through Almancil to the luxury coastal resort of Quinta do Lago and Vale de Lobo, then west along the long golden beach to the market and holiday town of Quarteira, next door to the upmarket resort of Vilamoura.
How to get there
Most visitors to the Algarve will arrive at the International Airport at Faro. From here it is only a 30 minute drive to the villa in the town of Pera.

Conditions
1. To reserve The Villa, The Client should comfirm with The Owner the dates required are available and arrange payment of the non-refundable 25% deposit immediately to secure the booking, or full payment inclusive of non refundable deposit if the holiday is due to commence within twelve weeks. Following the receipt of the deposit, The Owner will send a confirmation of dates. This is the formal acceptance of the Booking.
2. The balance of the rent is payable not less than twelve weeks before the start of the rental period. If payment is not received by the due date, The Owner reserves the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is cancelled. Reservations made within twelve weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.
3. The refundable deposit of £300.00 is held as security against breakages or damage. The Owner will return the Security Deposit 4 weeks after the end of the Holiday subject to any deduction for any outstanding liability.
