Located 5 miles outside Albufeira this villa enjoys an idyllic location on a small Cul-de-sac of 6 individual Villas, with views across open countryside to the sea from the terraces. Fantastic beaches excellent restaurants and local towns are all within easy reach. This four bedroom villa with full air conditioning as patio access from all bedrooms. Two master bedrooms have En-suite and a house bathroom serves two twin bedrooms. Lounge dining area with patio doors leading out to both a covered and open dining areas on the terraces

This villa is suited to the discerning adult visitor wanting a quiet relaxing holiday but includes many features for families with children. Our aim is to give your children plenty of entertainment and for this we have provided a Pool table, Table Top Football, Playstation 2, Games, Books and DVDs

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve offers a great deal of versatility for whatever type of holiday you require, there are an abundance of sandy beaches with long stretches of sand and many secluded coves with cliff rock formations.

The Portuguese are a famous seafaring nation and there are many excellent seafood restaurants along with international cuisine restaurants.

The Algarve is famous for high quality golf courses dotted all along the coast. There are many other sporting facilities and waterparks all within easy reach

Armacao de Pera / Pera area

Located near the small village of Pera between Albufeira and Armacao de Pera the location is ideal for you to plan your holiday to satisfy whatever your requirements.

The local sandy beaches offer a selection of watersports

Boat trips and cruises can be taken from Albufeira and Vilamoura including touring the natural caves, fishing and dolphin watching

Two very popular water parks are within a short drive away while the famous Zoomarine with live dolphin attraction can be located within a 10 min drive

Salgados Golf within five minutes drive from the villa with many other courses within 30 minutes

Close by is the local towns of Vale de Parra and Guia both offering a varied amount of local food and drink in a quiet atomosphere

While Albufeira and Armacao de Pera offer a much more lively atmosphere with a abundance of fine restaurants and night life. The old town of Albufeira offer's the same in a more Portuguese tradition with added street live entertainment during the summer months

Refundable breakage deposit of £300 payable when paying final payment. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there as been no breakages or damages reported by our management office
