This beautiful apartment is very spacious and ideal for families, situated on the outskirts of the towns Porches and Armacao de Pera. It is in an excellent ground floor location with a large garden area to the rear, ideal for children to run around. It is situated to the rear of the complex, away from the roads and swimming pools which makes it safer for anyone with young children.
Shops, restaurants, bars and 2 beaches are all within a short stroll of this apartment so there is no need for car hire. Transfers can be arranged on your behalf.
The apartment has a large living and dining area, with 2 large sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, dining table and chairs for 6, TV, DVD and i-pod docker. There is a fully-fitted kitchen with all the mod cons required. There are patio doors leading from the living room to the veranda which has a table and 4 chairs. There are also 4 sun loungers with mattresses for use either in the gardens or down by the pool.
There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is a wetroom (off the master bedroom).
The decor of the apartment is modern and includes all the facilities you would find at home. There is also an air-conditioning unit in place for your comfort. A welcome pack is included free of charge (enough to tide you over especially if you arrive late at night).

The resort benefits from exclusive on-site facilities comprising of three communal swimming pools and a tennis court. The beach, local shops, bars and restaurants are all within a short walking distance. The apartment is situated on the ground floor. There is more than enough private parking to the side and rear of the units. A number of championship golf courses are situated less than a 5 minute drive, these include; Salgados, Pinta Gramacho and Silves, and many more 30 minutes away. Besides all the local water sporting activities, such as snorkelling, sailing, surfing, deep sea fishing and others, Algarve's beaches are perfect for jogging or even for a calm and quiet walk. Cycling through out the region is a wonderful relaxing way to see the Algarve. Fantastic Castles and Forts almost everywhere! Breathtaking cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with hidden creeks. Peaceful countryside in the mountains still untouched by developers.An 8 minute stroll to 2 of the Algarve's most beautiful blue flag beaches. Praia Nossa Senhora da Rocha and Praia Nova. 10 minute car journey to local water park.
25% deposit on booking balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days awaiting written confirmation and deposit. A £200 breakage bond is required with final payment, this will be returned within 7 days of departure, provided no damage has occured.
You will be met at the apartment by our English agent who will show you around before handing over the keys. They can also advise you on the local facilities, etc.
The Algarve region
The climate is one of the healthiest and most pleasant in the world, comparable with California.
There is sufficient seasonal variation to make the weather anything but boring, but winters are never too cold and the summers never too hot. The skies are predominantly blue all year round.
The Algarve has managed to retain its old world charm and traditional values even although it is an integral part of an ambitious, forward-looking nation, and tourism is its major economic activity. It is both a place to relax and do little or, if you prefer it, indulge your every active recreational interest, much of it outdoors in the clean, fresh air. The environment is much less spoilt than in other European countries. Growing popular awareness, backed by EU directives incorporated into Portuguese law, should ensure that it stays that way. The region is best known for its spectacular coastline, including scores of beautiful beaches, in the hinterland you will find vineyards, olive, almond, carob and fig trees, rising to rolling hills and the plains of the province of Alentejo beyond.

"Lovely apartment and complex"
The apartment was clean, well equipped, nicely furnished and very comfortable. The complex was also well kept (the pools were cleaned regularly) and there was bags parking (should you decide to hire a car). We used the airport transfers arranged by the owners/representative which was spot on. The representative was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is approximately 10 mins walk from two very nice (child friendly) beaches. The supermarket was approx. 15 mins walk in the opposite direction. The town was a good 30 minute walk away (but as we discovered taxis are very reasonable). We ate at the fish restaurant on the beach and had a lovely meal whilst the sun set. There are other roadside restaurants near the supermarket but we did not try those as well as a couple of others near the beach, but not much else. The area surrounding the apartment is showing signs of recession with complexes which are half finished, which was sad to see. We had a lovely, relaxing holiday. The children really enjoyed both the beach and the pools at the complex as well as the tennis court.
