This townhouse in Jardins de Pera is located just five minutes’ drive from Praia Grande beach, in the lovely Portuguese town of Pera. Quiet and peaceful, yet only a short distance from the larger resorts of Armacao de Pera and Albufeira. The townhouse has easy access to all amenities and 'Algarve Shopping' centre. There are many excellent restaurants, particularly fish restaurants in and around the area. The towhouse benefits from a large communal pool, with a shallow end perfect for children. Leading from the living room is a terrace area with pool views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom, this house is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve is one of the world's most attractive holiday destinations. It is not over-developed and the coastline with its miles of golden beaches, dunes and coves enclosed by rocks and cliffs remains completely unspoilt. A few miles inland and life is much as it has been for centuries, with orchards, farmland and green meadows. Towards the hills there are terraces dotted with almond and fig plantations. The mediterranean plants and trees put on a magnificent show throughout the year and there are plenty of nature parks and sanctuaries along the whole of the Algarve that attract many animals and birds. The Moors left a considerable legacy which can still be seen today in the medinas, fortresses and mosques they left behind as well as being reflected in the traditional Algarvian architecture and the way of life of the people. The Algarve region is blessed with a wonderful climate, ideal for swimming, sunbathing and water sports in summer, and mild enough in spring, autumn and winter for tennis, golf, clifftop or countryside walking, exploring and sightseeing. Places of interest include the region's capital Faro and its old town, Loule and its market situated in a recently renovated Moorish building, Silves and its red fortress, Caldas de Monchique for its thermal waters, Portimao and its old town and port, Lagos for its vitality and historical interest and Cabo de S. Vicente with its imposing light-house.
Armacao de Pera area
The local residents of Pera used to keep their fishing boats in Armacao de Pera and still today a part of the beach there is known as 'Fisherman's beach' because of the small boats sitting in the sand. While Armacao de Pera gets extremely busy during the summer, Pera remains relatively quiet and unspoilt, a typical Algarvian village. Boasting one of the longest beaches in the Algarve, Praia Grande, stretches from Salgados to Armacao de Pera. It is a wonderful walk with some lovely beach restaurants at either end to rest and refuel before walking back There are plenty of fish restaurants in the area and Armacao de Pera can be quite lively in the evenings with bars, shops and restaurants along the promenade. There is a large shopping complex 'Algarve Shopping' in Guia, just 10 minutes drive from Pera. Other leisure activities include Zoomarine with its various shows, eateries and childen's rides. There are two water slide parks, 'The Big One' near Porches is about 10 mins drive and 'Slide and Splash' in Lagoa is just 15 mins away. The sand sculpture exhibition situated behind Pera is 10 mins away.
Golf at Silves 10 mins, Salgados 10 mins, Vilamoura & Penina about 30 minutes drive away, and now 2 minutes from the luxury Amendoeira golf resort with two championship courses design by Nick Faldo & Christie O'Connor opening in 2008. Local markets are found in Algoz, Armacao de Pera, Albufeira and many other small towns operating monthly.

Welcome pack can be provided on arrival as well as welcome packs catered for babies and young children. Baby equipment can also be hired. Garden is shared with the whole condominium. A representative from ARM Portugal will be on hand to meet and greet you and answer any questions.
Conditions
A refundable breakages deposit of £150 is to be paid in conjunction with final balance payment. This will be refunded up to 10 days after your departure (subject to a satisfactory property inspection).
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental fee is required to secure booking. Balance payment is due 4 weeks before the start of the rental period.
