About the home

Superbly furnished to a very high standard. Fully fitted kitchen with top of the range facilities. All bathrooms have bath and shower. One is en-suite with the bedroom having a walk in wardrobe. The property consists of two balconies, one with BBQ facilities and partial sea view and the other overlooks rural area and has a hammock for those quiet days. Bedroom 1 has double bed with en suite bathroom, dressing table, walk in wardrobe, patio doors leading onto balcony. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, dressing table and fully fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, dressing table and fitted wardrobes plus ceiling fans in all bedrooms. All furnished to a very high standard. The lounge contains very modern dining room table with seating for six. One large L shaped sofa plus a 2 seater sofa in luxury material, tv, dvd and full satellite facilities. Beautiful airy room with 3 patio doors leading onto large balcony. The apartment also contains a large walk in reception area. Extremely spacious apartment. Armacao de Pera is a typical Portuguese fishing village and still has local fisherman and fish restaurants. It is now accompanied by ultra modern apartments and villas which blend in with the cobbled streets and town squares. Plenty of various international cuisine available. Great location for exploring the Algarve.

A deposit payable on booking, balance to be paid 12 weeks before arrival and a £200 cash deposit on arrival for breakages which will be fully refunded on exit provided no damage or breakages. For last minute bookings payment details can be flexible.

Beautiful sandy beach for miles only 5 minutes away

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Armacao de Pera boasts one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the Algarve with hidden coves. The area has developed from a typical fishing village to incorporate ultra modern accommdations for holidaymakers to experience the typical portuguese fish restaurants to British, Mediterranean, Chinese, Indian and Italian cuisine.
The algarve has over 100 miles of golden beaches with most of the larger ones with life guards and restaurants offering the excellent sea foods or snacks all free to use there may be a small charge for hiring sunloungers and parasols.

The Armacao de Pera / Quinta dos Arcos area

The famous festival of sand is from june to october that is a must to see. The Sardine fesitvial is around August with numerous fiestas throughtout the year as the Algarve loves to celebrate. Aqualand is 5 minutes away as is golf courses. The area is an exciting starting point to explore the Algarve in all its glory.The famous Zoo Marine with its interactive dolphins is only 10 minutes away and you can use their free bus service with pick ups through out armacao de pera.There is two golf courses within a 10 minute drive with discounted golf for our guests and also horse riding can be arranged.The beach of armacao de pera offers water sports during the summer season and you can arrange boat trips .The marina of albufeira offers boat trips for fishing,dolphin watching,cave hopping trips or just sailing along the algarve coast relaxing with a cold drink or just sun bathing.

“Amazing apartment” The picture of the apartment does it no justice at all IT IS HUGE the place is fantastic massive living area 2 great size bedrooms 1 twin & 1 double the on suite one is better than some 5 star hotels we have stayed in . The area is lovely there is a short cut to the beach so you are there in about 3 minuets the main centre is about 7 or 8 mins away . There are plenty of little cafe bars and a mix of resteraunts this place is great to just chill and relax sit in a cafe bar and just watch the world go bye .
