Spacious 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with large terrace and stunning south facing sea views. Only a five minute walk to the best beaches on the Algarve.

Being one of only 14 apartments set in extensive gardens. Local amenities are superb having the best golf courses within a 10 minute drive, world famous Zoomarine, water slide parks and wonderful cliff and beach walks.

Extremely well equipped and very comfortably furnished to a high standard with the large terrace this apartment is ideal for family holidays, golfers or walkers. Equally if you require a lazy sun filled beach holiday this is definitaly the place!!

Smoking allowed on the terrace. Refundable breakages deposit of £200 required prior to arrival. Welcome packs are available on request and if required a "meet & greet" service is provided. There is a local English speaking representative nearby.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

With over 3000 hours of sunshine a year this region is ideal for a huge range of diverse holidays. The summers in the central Algarve are long and dry with July and August being the hottest months and the winter climate is pleasant with limited rainfall. The Algarve has so much to offer to Portuguese and British visitors alike.

The Armacao de Pera / Alporchinhos area

Within a few minutes walk of the apartment there is a wide choice of bars and restaurants to suit all budgets. Fish is locally caught and and in the old town of Armacao De Pera you can view the catch every morning. The Fisherman's beach in the old town is where entertainment is provided by the council with open air concerts and dancing from June to September.

There are so many places where time has "stood still" a must to visit is historic Silves and beautiful Monchique where the local liquer Armaghina is produced from almonds.
