A lovely self-catering holiday rental villa in French style, with enough room to house up to 9 people. The entrance gives access to the first bedroom, the terrace, and the living room. The first bedroom contains 1 double bed and 1 single bed and own wash stand. The terrace is located on the south.
The living room with TV, DVD, fireplace and dining table is the perfect spot for evenings at home. From the living room you can enter the fully equipped kitchen, the hallway and stairs to a separate toilet and second shower room
The kitchen contains a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and furnace with oven. The hallway leads to the other 3 bedrooms, the shower room and the second separated WC. One bedroom contains a double bed and two bedrooms contain 2 single beds.
One of them gives access to the balcony. The private garden (100 m2) has a barbecue and a nice place to sit under the plane. And a swimming pool of .7.5 x 3.5meter.

The Languedoc-Roussillon / Pyrenees-Orientales region
Arles sur Tech is located in the sheltered Vallespir valley of the Le Tech river. The mountains of the Pyrenees dominate this area and offer great tracking and climbing facilities. Scattered throughout the area you find old military fortresses ( architect Vauban ; Villefranche, Prats de Mollo, Collioure..), Cathar castles ( Queribus, Peyrepertuse..) museums ( Cérèt, St Cyprien, Perpignan) and Roman art.
You can visit old seaside ports (Collioure, Port Vendre) and sandy or rocky beaches. There are thermal baths in places as Amelies les Bains, Le Boulou.
Close to Spain with very nice citys such as Figueras (musé de Dali), Gerona and Barcelona. This area offers at about 300 sunny days a year. Evenings are comfortable outside because it's less hot.
Arles sur Tech area
The Tech river offers great spots for fishing, a swim or barbecue. Arles sur Tech is famous for his 11-th century Roman abbey and miraculous tomb that runs with pure water, defying scientific explanation.
Every year the town centre forms the background for the traditional festivals, such as the medieval~, the forge~ and the carnaval festivals. During summertime you can visit "Les Mercredis d'Arles" (Arles' wednesdays) when Arles offer a big variety of events as concerts, foam party, dancing and music...
On walking distance you can play mini-golf, swim, fish, cycle....There are several fine restaurants in and around Arles s T. If you like traditional french food you should try a ferme auberge ; traditionel restaurants, everything is "faite maison", often run by a family.
From the village you can start walking or tracking through the Pyrenean mountains by horse, mountainbike, landrover or quad. The Gorge de la Fou in Arles sur Tech is breathtaking.
If you want to continue fitness, bodybuilding or bodysculpting during the holidays you are welcome in the "salle de basket" of Arles.
Cérèt, art village,(10 miles) is well known for its museum of modern art and several art galleries. The saterdaymorning market is worth a visit. You will surely appreciate the bars and restaurants and authentic ambiance of this village.
On the coast you can go out for walks, diving or a boat trip. Or simply relax and enjoy one of the many seafood restaurants. Winecellars (caves) and winecastles can be visited for wine tasting and buying. Adventure parcs are exciting and great fun. There are many sport activitys, such as golf, tennis, hippic sport, rafting, paragliding, canyoning...

My first impression is ; paradise! It is very hot but inside the house it is calme and cool. I am pleased with the Simiot-villa, which I found through internet. 2 weeks later; SIMIOT; oh, paradise, in a paradise environment, it has been wonderful beiing here, we had all types af weather, the family got a real suntan, a lifetime memory.
