Located 6 miles from Arklow and Gorey equally, directly on the Wicklow/Wexford border, with Coolgreaney being the closest town. This home is also very commutable to Dublin being just 3 miles off the new M11 Motorway at Inch & just 40 minutes to Sandyford/Dundrum Shopping Centre.

Built by the owners with one thing in mind - the view. It is simply stunning, and you never tire from enjoying it, day or night. Overlooking a huge area of the South East coastline, taking in Wicklow to Wexford, the Arklow wind farm at sea, to Tara Hill and beyond. The house was designed to enjoy this view to its fullest.

The large conservatory, which straddles the kitchen and living rooms, leads to the decking, which then wraps around the side and the rear of the property, and is fantastic for entertaining and family fun.

Entertaining is important to the owners, and the living room was designed to accommodate large amounts of people. Measuring 32 foot by 16 foot, it has doors onto the deck, a feature brick fireplace with gas fired stove installed, and a purpose built bar in the corner. It also has freesat/free view TV, a flat screen TV/DVD - so watching UK channels is catered for.

Built to a very high standard, this home comes with solid French pine flooring throughout, solid pine doors, radiator covers and skirting's'.

The kitchen has fully fitted antique pine units, a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and a Range master double gas range, c/w rings, warmer plates and 2 ovens.

Electric power showers in both bathroom and en-suite.

Swings and slides in the garden

3 double bedrooms in main residence.

Fitted wardrobes in 2 main bedrooms. (corner wardrobe in bedroom 3)

Outside there is a garage built which has additional rooms built at the rear. (The mews)

These 2 rooms have been used for many years as 2 additional bedrooms.(and can be made available to you if required for sleeping .)

There is a selection of video games, books, board games out there for entertainment purposes. Both rooms now have a double bed. (sofa bed was replaced by double bed after feedback) There is also an additional utility c/w washing machine and en-suite toilet out there.

The front of the property has a large area for parking (can accommodate 8 to 10 cars), a rockery with well-established shrubs. It is accessed through secure gates which are set back from the road for safe access. The drive continues around the side of the house to the rear, giving additional parking to the rear

Outside the conservatory, there is a butterfly/bird garden, with feeding/bathing area, and well established flora, that delivers wildlife to admire all year round (kids love it). It is also overlooking a 1 acre site which has horses in it

The area is perfect for hikers with a number of lovely forests within minutes walk.

The area and the road the house is located on is very popular with cyclists.

Lots to do in the area as it is located close to Arlow and Gorey, and also close to Tinahealy.

Falconry Ireland is only 5 minutes away, as is a horse riding centre where you can go pony riding.

"Children's say best holiday ever and want go back next year, it says it all."

We booked Na Mara View and the owners Ethel and Tony were just brilliant and they were available by phone if we needed help. We were given lots of information with regards to leisure/things to do and see around the area. They were so helpful and friendly, we were definitely in the right hands! The process of booking the holiday was also very quick and easy.

When we arrived at the holiday home and it was absolutely lovely, the bungalow was huge, the perfect size for a family. Every room was clean and tidy. The rear garden was a dream, lots of land for the children to run around and the sea views over looking the mountains were out of this world! We fell in love with this home within seconds!

All the local people were so friendly and helpful, there were shops, petrol station, a local pub and food near by so we had everything we needed.

We will definitely be returning!

"Sisters long weekend..."

Great house for the 6 of us and we enjoyed our stay... was just pity about the weather as with rain and mist the beautiful view was limited.... while there the boiler went on heating but Owners brough… More

Thanks for staying with us in Na Mara View. It really is gorgeous when the sun is out, and it is really unfortunate you had bad weather for your trip so you couldn't get the benefit out of the view.

In relation to the boiler packing up while you were there, obviously totally unforeseen, but as you mentioned, we immediately provided alternative heaters and the boiler was restored to full working order as soon as the part was purchased the next working day.

I am sorry you felt the need to post the kitchen and bathrooms weren't to your standards from a cleanliness perspective. They were just totally cleaned ahead of your arrival,(the same as every guest and everybody else has been more than happy with the standard) and you were given the guided tour personally and never mentioned anything at that stage. (as we could have fixed any issue at that stage). We will however take your feedback completely on board, and we hope the weather is better for you the next time you come back to Ireland.
