The Gables is a semi-detached cottage, next to the owner's house in the hamlet of Ballygriffin near to the town of Arklow on the County Wicklow coast. Boasting one double bedroom and one family room (both with ensuite facilities), this cottage can sleep five people in comfort. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an electric stove. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for four cars and an extensive shared garden with outdoor furniture, a BBQ, a gazebo, a tennis court, swings and a soccer pitch. With plenty to keep the children amused, The Gables is a fantastic holiday cottage for all of the family.

The Arklow area
The town of Arklow in County Wicklow, on the Avoca River, was once a busy port and today remains a popular centre for sailing and sea-fishing. There are shops, pubs and entertainments to suit all tastes, including a cinema, leisure centre, Farmer's and Country markets, museums, galleries and castles. Wicklow, with its celebrated National Park, is a haven for walkers, and there are also plenty of cycle trails to make the most of the beautiful landscapes.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
