The town in which the house is in,is tranquil and picturesque with all the amenties. only a five minute walk away is a beautiful lake with picnic area at which you can sunbath at. There are plenty beautiful picturesque surronding towns , that boost amazing restaurants and scenic tours.

The beach area is only 10 minutes drive and has many beautiful beaches and long promenades in which you can take a leisurely stroll on or simply sit and watch the world go by. in this area are restarants, amusment parks,bike hire, bars, nightclubs.

Only a 10 minute drive is the beautiful city of Perpignan boosting many restaurants and is a shoppers paradise with boutiques and large chain stores to choose from.

Argeles / Argeles sur Mer area

There are many nearby local picturesque towns to visit and explore: Colloiure, Argeles, Les Alberes, Le Bolbou, Ceret, Sorede all have plenty of restaurants and are perfect for taking a walk to observe the relaxing, French way of life.
There are 18 hole golf courses only a 15 in drive away-outside of Perpignan.
Argeles town is ideal for families with beaches and plenty of water sports, fishing, amusement parks, bicycle hire, mini golf courses, family friendly restaurants. Long promenades to stroll along.

Just 1 hour drive is the famous Dali Museum, near the tourist area of Costa Blanca.

Just 10 min drive is the city of Perpignan with plenty of shopping and restaurants. There are historical landmarks here, plenty of castles to visit and guide tours are available around the city.

How to get there

Ryanair fly direct from London to Perpignan airport which is approx 15 minute drive to the house.

Ryanair also fly direct from Dublin to Girona barcelona airport which is approx 1 hour drive to the house.
Aer lingus also fly direct from Dublin or London to barcelona City Airport and this is approx. a 2 hour drive to the house.

I recommend any of the car hire companies in the airport terminals.

A large private roof top terrace fully furnished with table, chairs, deck chairs and barbeque facilities.
A large open plan room with a large sitting room area with couch and two armchairs also with flat screen tv, dvd, music system sky subscription and then into the fully equipped kitchen area with dining table which seats 8 people.
on the next level is the mezaine area with sofa couch/ bed.
on the 2nd floor is the master suite and the second large double bedroom all with fitted wardrobes.

Further details outdoors:
The house boosts a large roof top terrace with panaromic views of the Prynees mountains. The terrace has barbeque facilities and is furnished with table and chairs and deck chairs.
