Ceret is delightful little town les tha half an hour's drive away with an outsyanding museum of modern art featuring some excellent exhibitions. There are cultural events of all kinds in the area, including the music festival at Prades. The Office de Tourisme provides a wealth of information and advice, whatever your tastes.
