A stylish, luxurious apartment with stunning lake view. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private garden, fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons, private parking (off road) The accommodation is just 10 minutes walk to the lake, ferry, restaurants, bars, cafe bars, minimarket, fruit and veg shop, bakery, geletaria. We recommend places to visit and our favourite restaurants for all customers to ensure you get the very most from your stay. By using our local knowledge we can help you unearth your favourite restaurant, park, villa, beach or even help organise boat hire, cookery courses, skiiing, football tickets etc prior to your stay. Just ask and we will do our best to point you in the right direction. The golden sand beach of lido di lenno is just a 10 minute drive, 10 minute walk to the ferry stop to access the whole lake whilst Milan, San Moritz, Lake lugano, Bergamo are all easily accessible for interesting and scenic day trips.

Lake Como is situated within Lombardy home also to Milan the fashion capitol of the world, Bergamo with its majestic squares & medieval churches & Monza for grand prix lovers! However if you are searching for something more serene Lake Como is a haven for tranquility.For years young & old have visited Lake Como and returned home refreshed, ivorigated and bewitched by its unparallelled beauty. People arrive here for the serene atmosphere, bewitching views and relaxed lake living (not to mention world renowned cuisine). However customers return again and again due to the welcoming locals and sleepy pace of life that engulfs you and leaves you hungry for more. I first visted the lake 5 years ago and bought this apartment on my very first visit-it was love at first sight. Five years i have made lake como my home, leaving the Uk for good such was the pull of good food and wine, scenery, sunshine and chilled out lake side living. I hope to help you find your little haven for relaxation here in Lake Como too!

For those who just wish to take in the sun and relax or just go for a lazy stroll to walk of that lunchtime gelato then Lake Como offers the perfect holiday to achieve a relaxing chill out break.
However for holidaymakers who liketo explore there is plenty of variation on offer from visiting medieval churches to browsing at the many italian boutiques in nearby Como town famed for it's silk and leather, talking a boat ride for a spot of dinner on one of the many lakeside villages to climbing the mountains high above the lake! Choose from Villa Carlotta, 20 minutes from the apartment with it's acres of beautiful lake facing gardens, Villa Balbinello in Lenno (15 minutes drive)for romance and relaxation (James Bond seemed to favour the latter in the recent Casino Royale production filmed here last summer)
Bellagio never fails to dissapoint and offers a great excuse to take the water ferry across the lake. Marvel at it's picturesque promontories, cobbled streets and fine art shops all with lake views par excellence.
Drive down to Cernobbio for an idyllic sunday afternoon stroll. Menaggio, with it's pretty palm lined walkways it another pretty lake village worth exploring.
Argegno itself offers everything you could hope for in a typical italian village. From geletaria and bakery to fruit and veg store to minimarket all conveniences are catered for. Cafe culture, restaurants serving local specialities, ferry, bus service, lake side walks and a warm welcome from the locals! Here you can mix with the local italians who will help provide you with an authentic lakeside adventure sampling real lombaridan food (risotto is a favourite) and a relaxed approach to life is infectious to the point of helping you unwind and uncharge your batteries!

Further details indoors: Luxuriously furnished with all mod cons, this apartment is perfectly postitioned to enjoy all the lake can offer. The Private garden is the perfect way to relax. Enjoy the memorable lake view whilst sipping a glass of wine on the terrace dining table. We even grow our own herbs for you to create that authentic italian feast. Inside the property consists of 2 bathrooms and a fully fitted modern kitchen plus a living room with CD Player, plush leather sofas and a contemporary dining table and modern art paintings. Car hire may not be neccessary as the apartment is only a 10 minute walk to the lake, ferry, bus and village(15 minutes back up the hill!) However your own private off road parking space is available. Bank, mini market, fruit and veg shop, geletaria (home made ice-creams), bank and chemist all all available here in the village.

The apartment has every home comfort and made a stay in Lake Como one we will treasure forever. Very convenient to have the luxury of two bathrooms, the kitchen is well stocked and beds very comfortable.
