The perfect family home to explore Lake Como. The property sleeps a total of 6 guests with each room enjoying lake views. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the property is set over 3 floors and boasts a spacious feel not commonly found in properties situated in Lake Como.The house has been tastefully decorated to give the property a real home from home feel.

Situated in Argegno, a sleepy fishing village, you are ideally positioned to explore the whole of the lake from Bellagio to the City of Como itself, Milan and Switzerland. Argegno is well served with regular ferries and buses
access all main routes of the lake. Furthermore, the village has everything you need at your disposal from the home made bakery to ice cream parlour, fruit & veg shop to minimarket. The village has a real local feel to the place unspoilt by tourists giving you ample opportunity to discover the real lake-Italian style!

The house is situated on 3 floors with secure gated security include a garage for added peace of mind.
On the first floor the patio doors lead to the garden patio area perfect for alfresco dining whist you take in those majestic lake and mountain views! The living room boasts a large dining area, comfortable sofas, a fully fitted kitchen with all home comforts from a dish washer to a washing machine and a bathroom with bath, wc and bidet-he sofa bed is situated in the living room.

The first floor consists of 2 double bedrooms leading to the balcony for yet more breathtaking lake views and a bathroom which consists of a shower, w/c and bidet.

The top floor features to single beds again with lake view and is finished with beamed ceilings.

Further details outdoors:
The house enjoys superb panoramic lake views from the patio looking out to the Isola Comacina. Enjoy alfresco dining as you watch the boats sail across the lake. The ever changing views of the lakes and mountains make it a real joy to sit outside and relax over a morning coffee, afternoon aperitifo or a delicious meal of a balmy evening.
The property further benefits from secure gated parking.

The Lombardy / Lake Como Area region

Lake Como benefits from the gentle breeze whipped up from the lake offering a welcome release from the balmy summer sun. For decades people the world over have made Lake Como their preferred choice for there holiday or even holiday home! Long summer days next to a world renowned lake nestled between majestic mountains , cafe culture, fresh seasonal produce, fashion , tranquility and relaxation are the order of the day here. Everything here is done at a leisurely pace from long lazy lakeside lunches to relaxing by the beach or taking a boat out for an afternoon's sail. For sightseers Lake Como never fails to disappoint, Villa Carlotta with it's themed gardens, Villa Balbianello (recently thrown into the public eye in the latest James Bond film) and Bellagio are all just a boat ride away. In the autumn holidaymakers are drawn here for the added beauty of rusty alling leaves and the lure of new season porcini mushrooms.

Winter offers ski-ing opportunities in near by Lanzo as well as copius amounts of hot chocolate and pannatone cake whilst spring heralds an array of newly blooming magnolia trees, jasmine scented cobbled streets and palm filled lakeside walks.

Whatever the season there is always an excuse to indulge in a little dolce vita, Lake Como style.

The Argegno area

Argegno represents the idyllic Italian lakeside village. Watch the fisherman by day, see the locals sipping on their espresso at one the many cafeterias or indulge in some delicious regional cuisine here in the village.

Here is the perfect lakeside village to relax and enjoy the lake or to explore the whole lake via the regular ferries and buses that stop by here. Argegno is almost totally unspoilt by tourists and emanates a real local feel with a home made bakery, gelateria, fruit & veg shop and minimarket. The pizzeria on the front of the lake leads down to the shingle beach and lido here. Many clients who have visited Argegno return again and again-some even buy property here such is the allure of the local village life.
