About the home

This accommodation is ideally located to enjoy all of Lake Como and the surrounding area. The theme of the holiday is relaxation with the gentle breeze coming in from the lake as you sip a cool glass of wine from your balcony whilst you admire the stunning view from your apartment!

The accessibility of the property means you are just 3 minutes walk down to the lake where you can reach all parts the lake very easily by ferry, boat or bus-which means car hire is not necessary!

The main mountain road runs just in front of the apartment which means it is easy to access both mountains and lake by car or take the bus or ferry from the village just a short walk from your home.

The apartment sleeps 4 or up to 6 (1 doubleroom, 1 twinroom and 1 sofabed) with a large terrace and parking.
Recommended outings including visiting one of the many of the villas around the lake, day trip to nearby Switzerland or Milan, eating plenty of gelato, fine italian food & wine, taking a mesmerising walk along the lake
or just soaking up the sun from your balcony.

All amenities are available in the village from the local bakers and fruit and veg store not forgetting bank, ferry, bus, bars andrestaurants!

The emphasis of the accommodation is on comfort and relaxation. The balcony is perfect to take in the lake view and enjoy an aperitifo or two! Alternatively the views from both bedrooms and living rooms means you enjoy the lake view here too!

The home includes home comforts such as TV and DVD,washing machine, hairdryer and ironboard-although most visitors like to sit back, relax and enjoy the view over a glass of wine or trying their hand in thekitchen (there is a fruit & veg store, bakery and mini market in the village close by to tempt you!)or if you prefer take a lunch here in the village, then sample one of Zoe's icecreams and go for a stroll along the lake front to walk of those calories!!!

The village of Argegno is a sleepy fishing village with superb access to all parts of the lake as well as restaurants, bars, baker and fruit and veg shop with service from a bygone area-and all this is reachable just 2 minutes from your apartment where you can sit back and enjoy the view from your living room, bedroom or balcony!

Easy Jet, Ryanair and BA all fly to Milan -airports Malpensa & Linate and Begarmo all between 1 hr and 1.5 hrs way
However as the apartment is so close to the lake (3 mins walk down to the village!) No car hire is necessary as the ferry and bus stop access all parts of the lake from here in the village. The mountain road from the lake to the mountain passes in front of the apartment for easy access by car or bus.
