The private house is available either as single house or as two separate completely self-contained apartment , with connecting balcony, sharing mature garden with olive, and fruit trees ,with two private entrances.
The upper balconies have unlimited view of the valley of the Arno river, the Pratomagno e Chianti Hills. Ideal for couples with enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of the country life, even if Florence city centre is only 40 min drive.
The garden has an outdoor sitting area and sun lounges are provided. Overall the House is furnished in very simply traditional country life style with modern comforts.

Arezzo / Castelfranco di Sopra area
Castelfranco di Sopra, situated on a hill above the Arno valley, was founded in the 13th century by Florence as a military foothold. Within the walls, there are beautiful houses in medieval and Renaissance style built along the small horizontally running alleyways.
The Badia di Soffena abbey is just outside, which has recently been renovated and it's medieval charm restored. Historical, quiet village with 2'700 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, situated at the foot of the Pratomagno, on a slope with beautiful view, 35 km south-east from Firenze, 43 km north-west from Arezzo.
