This lovely modern 3-bedroom house is in a small development with shared pool. There are small private gardens back and front with open countryside to the rear.
Double patio doors open on to a covered terrace with built-in BBQ. A short walking distance takes you to a superb safe and secluded sandy beach with Red Cross attending.
Supermarkets, plenty of good restaurants/bars, a doctor’s surgery and pharmacy are all close to hand. Car hire, tourist information and bureau de change are located in the resort.

The Menorca region
The island of Menorca has something to offer everyone, As the quietest of the Balearic Islands Menorca is a wonderful place for family holidays. Arenal d'en Castell area
Arenal D'en Castell is a quiet, friendly family resort on the north side of the beautiful island of Menorca. The superb beach, one of the best in the Balearics, is wide and sandy set in a horseshoe bay, protecting it from the ocean whilst still giving magnificent view over the open sea.
There are many bars and restaurants to suit every taste and pocket. Families are welcome at all venues throughout the resort. A range of shops and supermarkets, open long hours, provide holidaymakers with their holiday needs. The resort has a doctor's surgery and pharmacy.
Regular buses run to the capital Mahon with its many shops and beautiful harbour. Car hire is available locally.
