About the home

Seis Arcos is a spacious, traditional Menorcan villa. Excellent location in Punta Grossa, near to the restaurants and amenities of Arenel d'en Castell & only 10 minutes walk to the beach. Approximately 20 minutes drive from Mahon and the airport. The villa is ideal for a large family group.

The villa is set within a large & private plot, In addition to the pool,there is a pool room adjacent to the pool shower,which has facilities for changing, The outside has spacious terraced areas with comfortable furniture, as well as dining table and chairs, perfect for al fresco living & dining or relaxing by the pool. The well furnished interior comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with doors out to the terrace, pool and garden, master bedroom with en suite, a double room with private balcony overlooking the pool, a twin room and bathroom with shower. On the lower ground floor there is a twin room with french doors to the pool area, a double room and a shower room with wc.

The Menorca region

Menorca is the second largest of the Balearics & one of the most unspoilt. It enjoys a lush green landscape with many beautiful white beaches. The capital, Mahon, has cobbled streets, boutiques & cafe's in the main town and also down at the harbourside. Menorca is less commercialised than its neighbours Mallorca & Ibiza , it appeals to discerning families and couples looking for a more tranquil break.

The Arenal d'en Castell / Punta Grossa area

Punta Grossa lies to the right of Arenel d'en Castell, where there is a beautiful, safe, white sand beach, bars, restaurants & supermarket. All are within walking distance of the villa. The port of Addaia is 5 minutes by car, there are a couple of restaurants here. Fishing, boat hire and diving can also be arraged from here. The picturesque fishing village of Fornells is 10 minutes by car with it's great restaurants, shops & bars. The capital Mahon is within a 20 minute drive & the historical former capital, Ciutadella, is approx 40 minutes drive.

“Nice Villa With Lovely Big Pool” The villa was spacious inside and out and well equipped for a large party, including the kitchen if you prefer self catering. Nice comfy Furniture on the shady terrace. Good location, close to the beach with a good choice of restaurants which you can get to by taking a short cut across the beach, most with lovely sea views. Good local supermarket 2 mins walk that had everything you need and was not over priced. We all loved the pool which we used day and night as it was the middle of August. The property management were very friendly and easy to contact for any queries.

“Absolutley Perfect for all generations” We have been to Menorca many times before but this Villa and its location was the best yet. We travelled with our Daughters, Son-in-Laws and four Grandchildren aged between 11 and 7. The Villa had everything we could possibly need and to have our own swimming pool was fantastic. The children were in there as soon as they were awake and always had a quick dip before bedtime!! The beach was easily accessible, only a few minutes away, so for people not wanting to drive everything was near at hand. There are plenty of restaurants in Arenal and also at Coves Noves which is only a short walk away. We had a very enjoyable evening there and were entertained by Spanish musicians and a dancer. Everything about our stay was perfect. The only complaint we had - it was only for one week!!.
