A brand new villa situated within 3 minutes easy walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Arenal de'n Castell. Although the villa is very close to all amenities and the beach it is in a very peaceful and quiet location. There is a large swimming pool with a shallow pool for children. The villa is tastefully furnished and features 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The villa enjoys air conditioning and central heating throughout.

The villa is within 3 minutes walk to the spectacular sandy beach and beautiful bay of Arenal de'n Castell on Menorca's north coast. The beach is very safe for children and all facilities are close by. The villa features air conditioning and central heating for winter holdays. The whole complex has wheelchair slopes.

Conditions

Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and the balance will need to be paid at least 6 weeks prior to your holiday. A returnable deposit of £200 is required to cover any damage etc. This is payable at the same time as the final payment and will be returned shortly after the completion of your holiday.

The Menorca region

Menorca is ideal for autumn/winter walking holidays as there are some stunning walks on the island. The island has been designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty by UNESCO and this is fiercely protected by the Menorquine people. Also famous for it's widlife and in particular it's birdlife, many birdwatchers visit the island during the cooler months. Bill Oddie a well known birdwatcher is a regular visitor to the island.

An island of many beautiful beaches, some only accessible by boat. Head to Mahon, the capital of Menorca where you can sample and buy locally produced Gin on the waterfront down by the harbour. Alternatively visit the shops and street market and at night take your pick of restaurants and marvel at the beautiful yachts moored in the harbour.

The Arenal d'en Castell / Punta Grossa area

The villa is within a 3 minute walk to the spectacular sandy beach and beautiful bay of Arenal de'n Castell on Menorca's north coast, where the beach is very safe for children and all facilities are close by.

Arenal de'n Castell with its crystal clear blue water and a fine golden sandy beach, great restaurants and bars is a favourite with families and couples wanting a relaxing holiday. The horseshoe bay with its gently shelving sandy beach is extremely safe and the beach is large enough to avoid overcrowding. Menorca has one golf course and this is situated 15 minutes away by car.
