"Great place to stay"

Great location, not too far away from beach resorts of Mar Menor but far enough for peace and quiet. Neighbours on the estate not noisy or nosey! Villa is lovely with decent sized rooms and plenty of space for a family of 4 or 5. Also has English freeview TV which is a bonus when you have children with you on holiday. Outside space is very good and is great for relaxing by the pool which is also a good size and very
inviting during the sunny afternoons. Photos on the website don't do the villa justice and I was pleasantly surprised at the actual layout of the villa and outside space. Is much larger than I thought it would be.
There's a local convenience store and a bar within walking distance with supermarkets about 5 or 10 minutes travelling
by car (a decent Spar shop in Balsicas or Dia supermercado in
Torre Pacheco). The bread man comes round about 12:15 each day and has a nice selection of breads and pastries and speaks English. A bit further afield there is the Eroski
hipermercado at Dos Mares shopping complex near San Pedro
del Pinatar and then up towards Torrevieja the even larger
complex of shops at Zenia Boulevard.
All in all we loved our stay here and would definitely
recommend. If we are ever back this way for a holiday in Spain
I will book again. The rental price is very reasonable, the villa is
a great home from home and a great place to just shut the
gate and forget about the world for a while (apart from the
temptation to keep up with the home news, weather and
soaps!), the area is nice and peaceful, Paul and Sue are very
amiable and helpful hosts and the whole experience made for a very good holiday.

"Relaxation provided, lovely villa"

This villa is lovely, its in a very peaceful location and comes with everything you need for your holiday. I have never seen so many towels provided! It was clean and very spacious with lots of extras that makes that little difference. We stayed for 2 weeks and would have loved to have had longer. There was only 2 faults we found and they are not major issues at all. The mattress in the master bedroom is very thin, making it a little uncomfortable and the toilet seat in the family bathroom needs replacing as the stoppers have come out under the seat but having the en suite everyone just used that one! There is a fabulous BBQ provided and fixed seating making al fresco dining lovely in the evening. The pool is large and clean, needed with the heat and sun. The resort is on a hill and there is a breeze but this is required as it is very hot and the odd low wind makes it more comfortable to sit out, we sunbathed into the evening and were in the pool until 7/8pm. I would not hesitate in returning and we are looking at rebooking for next year once we can confirm our holiday dates with work. Paul and Sue the owners are great and very helpful, going above and beyond to help us out and the neighbours are all english so any information needed or questions you can easily get an answer. There is a bread man who drives round the resort daily and pomps his van horn, providing bread, cakes, pasties and biscuits, so you don't even need to go out every day for fresh bread, always a bonus.
