Well furnished and equipped with kitchen/sitting room with open fire, bathroom with W.C. and shower and two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with two bunk beds. (The small bedroom leads into the main bedroom and access to the bathroom is through the main bedroom). Duvets and garden furniture included.

The South East Ireland / County Waterford region
County Waterford has some of the most beautiful (and varied) scenery in Ireland. The north of the county is mountainous with the Comeragh and Knockmealdown ranges the most prominent. This rugged natural beauty gives way to gentle grassland landscaped with castles and cathedrals and scenic river valleys with well-kept estates and fresh green plantations. To the south the charming coastline has sheltered, unfrequented coves alternating with broad beaches, tall cliffs and sea caves.
The Blackwater valley, with its flanking hills and numerous wooded stretches, provides the finest river scenery in Ireland. The picturesque town of Lismore, through which the Blackwater flows, is beautifully situated at the foot of the Knockmealdown Mountains. The charming fishing village of Dunmore East is well worth a visit and to the west Ardmore has a good beach in an area steeped in history.

Scenic Blackwater River Valley. Pony trekking. Golf course. Youghal 9 miles for choice of restaurants and shops.
