The accommodation is flexible and can sleep up to 8; there are 3 bedrooms (1 kingsize bed, 1 double with 1 single bed, 1 single) and a double oak futon downstairs in the sitting room. Other rooms include downstairs, a beautiful country-style kitchen/dining room, comfortable and attractive sitting room with open fire, shower room, toilet; upstairs, an elegant family bathroom, in addition to the 3 bedrooms.
Other features include: dishwasher, washer/drier machine, range cooker with 6 ring gas hob and electric fan oven, espresso machine, large fridge-freezer; oil-fired central heating with underfloor heating downstairs, unlimited hot water, romantic open fires in the two double bedrooms, firewood provided, all towels and Egyptian cotton bedlinen supplied; television/dvd player, well-stocked bookcase catering for a wide range of interests; generous, secure back garden, with decking and garden furniture, ideal for morning coffee, private parking.
