About the home

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms town house finished to a very high standard with quality furnishings and fittings, the lounge and dining area are very spacious with dining for 6 people and leads onto a large terrace, which has electric gates which makes it very safe for children and is ideal for bar b ques or a quiet meal al fresco , whilst overlooking the lake and mountains.The fully fitted kitchen has everything you will need for your holiday. Upstairs the beautiful master bedroom has french doors leading onto a terrace over looking the lake. The other bedroom has 2 single beds and the back bedroom has a double bed , with a door leading onto a terrace all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers.

the views over the lake and mountains are breath taking and here you will find numerous restaurants and bars. There are golf courses at Arcos Gardens 10mins and also at Montecastillo also 10mins. Jerez Grand Priz course is just 10mins away.

The Andalucia / Cadiz Province region

.Arcos de la Frontera is one of the prettiest villages in Spain. This white village is perched on the top of a high rock, together with churches and historical buildings,the views are magnificent from the square at the top.the narrow winding streets have many Spanish bars and restaurants for you to enjoy the best of cuisine.

Jerez is 25mins away and here in the old town are quaint squares with lots of bars and restaurants and you can visit bodegas and taste the sherries and see a famous Spanish Horse Show there is always something going on.

Seville 1 hr. away is a beautiful city which you can view by open top bus or on a romantic horse and carriage and have a meal by the river and just take in the beauty of the city with it' s magnificent cathedral and narrow lanes steeped in history or have a picnic in one of the beautiful parks.

Rota 45mins away has a beautiful beach and restaurants and bars.

Ronda is 45mins way perch high up in the mountains this magnificent town is a must for the architecture and historical museums, bars and restaurants and quaint shops. Walking in the mountains or cycling.


Cadiz with its facinating old town surrounded by sea on all sides, is great for exploring and shopping, and the beach is just minutes away also.

There are many watersports on the lake including sailing, wind-surfing and fishing.It is a great area for walking and Horseriding.
Go to Tarifa with it beautiful beach for wind surfing or go across to Morocco for the day.
