From the owner

The Studio has a spacious, airy open plan layout and sleeps 4 in 2 en-suite bedrooms. It is situated in the heart of Kinblethmont estate next ot Kinblethmont House and has views out over the specimen trees of Kinblethmont gardens.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences along with everything else you need and there is also a downstairs WC.

The property has free WifFi and central heating - fueled by woodchips from the estate itself and there is a fire in the living room for the chillier evenings with a digital TV and DVD player for when you want to snuggle up.

The Studio is semi-detached to the Chauffuer's cottage but has its own private terrace, parking and grassed areas. The properties can be joined to accommodate larger family groups - sleeping up to 10 in total..

The cottage is perfect for children, with lots of room to run and play around outside. There are beautiful walks around the estate and the walled gardens offers a children's play area, table tennis and outside sitting area for the grown ups.

Kinblethmont House occasionally holds art exhibitions and entry is free, so well worth a visit if your stay coincides.

How do damage deposits work?
