Located 10 mins away from the bars & restaurants of Arboleas, the villa is in a perfect location for a quiet and relaxing holiday, ideal for families both young and old.

The villa has 3 Bedrooms:- 2 Twin Bedrooms & Master Double Bedroom (en suite); with Patio Doors, leading onto the extensive patio area, which includes 8mx4m fully private swimming pool which is floodlit at night.

The generously sized lounge/dining room includes a log burning fire for those cosy winter evenings, Sky TV, Air Conditioning/Heating Unit and a Dining Area that seats 6. This also has a patio door leading out to the pool area. A fully fitted and well equipped kitchen is complemented by a utility room with a washing machine & sink.

The Costa de Almeria region

Costa De Almeria has the warmest climate in Europe and has low rainfall, and reaching high temperatures in the summer months.

Inland Almeria offers beautiful landscape, and the coastal areas are dotted with interesting fishing villages of Garrucha and Villaricos. The old moorish town of Mojacar set into the side of the mountain is well worth a visit.


Arboleas / El Prado area

The village of Arboleas holds a local market every Saturday morning. You will also find bars, restaurants, 2 banks with cash point machines, post office, well stocked butchers and bakers and excellent supermarket. for your every day needs. A brand new bowling alley with pool tables etc, cafe serving good food at very good price 5 mins drive away opened September 2009.

The large town of Albox is nearby for shopping and also eating out. This is rural Spain, but with every convenience at hand.

From Almeria Airport

Take the motorway E15/A7 towards Murcia
Stay on motorway for approx 100 km.
Leave the motorway at junction 547 signposted Baza & Albox
Take the 3rd Exit off the roundabout towards Baza & Albox (A334)
Stay on this road for approx 10km.
Look for the third Arboleas sign, which is very close after the second sign (signposted Arboleas & Albox)
At roundabout, take the 2nd Exit, which then takes you back over the A334.
At next roundabout, take the 1st Exit, then 1st Left turning.
Follow the road to another roundabout, where you take the 3rd exit.
Follow this road for about 250m, and the villa is located on the left hand side.
