Located 10 mins away from the bars & restaurants of Arboleas, the villa is in a perfect location for a quiet and relaxing holiday, ideal for families both young and old.

The villa has 3 Bedrooms:- 2 Twin Bedrooms & Master Double Bedroom (en suite); with Patio Doors, leading onto the extensive patio area, which includes 8mx4m fully private swimming pool which is floodlit at night.

The generously sized lounge/dining room includes a log burning fire for those cosy winter evenings, Sky TV, Air Conditioning/Heating Unit and a Dining Area that seats 6. This also has a patio door leading out to the pool area. A fully fitted and well equipped kitchen is complemented by a utility room with a washing machine & sink.

The Andalucia / Almeria Province region

Costa De Almeria has the warmest climate in Europe and has low rainfall, making it the perfect place to visit any time of year and reaching high temperatures in the summer months.

Inland Almeria offers beautiful landscape, and the coastal areas are dotted with interesting fishing villages of Garrucha and Villaricos. The old moorish town of Mojacar set into the side of the mountain is well worth a visit.
Families and big kids alike will love a day out at the local water park or for something slower placed, simply relax with a walk, taking in the stunning scenery.

The Arboleas / El Prado area

The village of Arboleas holds a local market every Saturday morning. You will also find bars, restaurants, 2 banks with cash point machines, post office, well stocked butchers and bakers and excellent supermarket. for your every day needs. A brand new bowling alley with pool tables etc, cafe serving good food at very good price 5 mins drive away opened September 2009.

The large town of Albox is nearby for shopping and also eating out. This is rural Spain, but with every convenience at hand.

From Almeria Airport

Take the motorway E15/A7 towards Murcia
Stay on motorway for approx 100 km.
Leave the motorway at junction 547 signposted Baza & Albox
Take the 3rd Exit off the roundabout towards Baza & Albox (A334)
Stay on this road for approx 10km.
Look for the third Arboleas sign, which is very close after the second sign (signposted Arboleas & Albox)
At roundabout, take the 2nd Exit, which then takes you back over the A334.
At next roundabout, take the 1st Exit, then 1st Left turning.
Follow the road to another roundabout, where you take the 3rd exit.
Follow this road for about 250m, and the villa is located on the left hand side.

“best holiday ever!” We have just returned from the best holiday ever. My family have had many holidays abroad but have never stayed in a villa, we could not have asked for anything more, the villa is fantastic, very well equipped, clean and very spacious. The pool area is really lovely and we found it hard to get my daughters to leave. Nicola who was there to meet and greet us was also very helpful and friendly. The pool seemed to become a little dirty at the start of the second week because of all the sun cream we called Nicola and she was there first thing the next day to clean it for us. We are already looking for our flights for next summer to return to Casa Rita this time for 3 weeks. The owners are very helpful and booking the villa was so easy we had an amazing holiday thanks.

“Glorious villa, beautiful pool. So peaceful.” We spent a throroughly relaxing 2 weeks in this gorgeous villa. The area is so quiet and peaceful - a real 'get away from it all' place. Nicola was on hand whenever we needed her (which wasn't often). We would advise a car to get out and about, but to be honest we did very little as the villa was so lovely. The village is a 30 minute walk away, through the orange and lemon groves - lovely! Thank you.

“brilliant well equipped villa” We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Rita we travelled as a family with a 13, 8 and 7 year old. Jean the owner was so helpful before we travelled with directions and helpful hints and Nicola who looks after the villa was brilliant during our stay. The villa is beautiful everywhere is clean and tidy and I guarantee there is everything you need. I would definately recommend this villa and hope to stay again soon. “lovely villa good location” We stayed for a week in the villa in was just as it appeared in the photos . Found it very clean well equipped and very comfortable and homely, also in a good location. Our only disappointment was the pool on arrival we looked forward to getting straight in for a swim but the pool man had just been to shock the pool to clean it and we were told not to use it until the morning when it had cleared unfortunately it still wasnt clear and pool man had to come again it wasnt until the 4th day of our holiday when the pool was a bit clearer that we could go in. We would still recommend this villa as it was lovely and would stay again but would like the pool to be ready for use as soon as arrival not half way through holiday . “We had and good time in the villa” if you like to have a good holyday and enjoy a time of rest it isa recommendable to stay in Vila Rita of family Renshaw. “Quite, Relaxing, and Superb” This is now the 3rd time I have stayed and Casa Rita, and as always had a brilliant holiday. The villa itself has everything you need for a self catering holiday. It is set in a nice peaceful location, and is ideal for children. mine are 4 and 11, and as long as are in the swimming pool they are happy! I have always enjoyed my stay, and if you can get the right flights, it works out a cheap holiday. The village has all you require, paper shop, 4 -5 Spanish taverna's, supermarket and 2 -3 places to eat. About 20 -30 minute walk bearing in mind my mom and dad were with us (63 & 67). Also a great market every Sat. While we were there (Aug 25 - Sept 4th) a new out door market has opened on route to Albox, which was very good. Hopefully if I can get decent flights, will be returning again this year! Just to make one point, the cleaner came round on our arrival, to point out that who every had stayed previous had decided to leave the Villa like pig sty, and if we found anything un toward to report it, and she would come around and sort it out, but in all fairness the cleaner had obviously done a great job, as we found everything fine. “Awful green pool electric fire no aircon in bedrooms, dishwasher didnt wash, bbq without grill” W|ould not reccommend atall pool went green twice so couldnot use, no aircon in two of the bedrooms, bbq had no grill , problem with electrics they set on fire, drawers fell apart sun loungers broken, chairs broken, dishwasher didnt clean, no clean towells or sheets in three weeks, unhelpful owner, Response: Client did have a problem with pool in their first week of 3 week stay this was remedied as quickly as possible, electrics did not set on fire and the problem was dealt with by a fully qualified electrician within the hour, as per advert aircon in lounge & main bedroom only other 2 bedrooms have working ceiling fans, BBQ did have a grill other clients have used it before & after this clients stay, Drawers dont just fall apart these were mistreated, 1 reported sunlounger broken after this client went home the others have been used by other clients, dishwasher working fine, plenty of towels & sheets provided for 3 week stay this client did not choose to wash any and was all left piled up on the floor for our cleaner, we did offer them a service to use our cleaner if they wanted her to do a bedding changeover and the cost to be negotiate with her at the time which they never used, "unhelpul owner" totally untrue and have plenty of other guests who would verify his statement we have the same guests who come back and stay in our villa year after year.
