Located 10 minutes away from the bars and restaurants of Arboleas, the villa is in a perfect location for a quiet and relaxing holiday.
With three large bedrooms and three bathrooms, the villa is ideal for two families to share. The spacious lounge with feature fireplace has patio doors out onto the porch area. It has Sky television and a music centre for your enjoyment.
The kitchen is fully-fitted and connects to a charming dining room where there is ample room for up to 8 people. There are two double bedrooms and a third sleeps four people. Outside boasts a magnificent private pool with extensive patio areas for those lazy days in the sun. Pool/beach equipment (floats, goggles, umberellas etc provided)

The Costa de Almeria region
The climate is Mediterranean, warm and dry, with low rainfall. The number of hours of sun is very high with over 3,000 hours per year. Inland Almeria is a ruggedly beautiful landscape while the coastal areas are dotted with fishing villages and private coves.
Arboleas area
This is rural Spain, but with every convenience at hand. Unspoilt by mass tourism this is a fantastic place to get a taste of the real Espana.
With gastronomy influenced heavily by local produce, you can enjoy fresh, authentic cuisine at the many bars and restaurants in Arboleas.
Local Fiesta's are a must if you want to sample real Spain. Check out local press for dates also ask our property manager Deborah who will have local information. Arboleas, Chirivel, Zurgena, Vera, Turre , Huercal-Overa all have Fiestas. Fiesta usually last 4 days
How to get there
For information on flights to Alicante/Murcia and Almeria please visit the following websites: www.easyjet.com and www.jet2.com.
By car: Leaving the airports you will be heading for the Mediterrean highway the E15 A7. Alicante 200 km Murcia 160km Almeria 110 km. Detailed directions for each airport will be sent prior to departure. The numbers on the side of the road are kilometre markers.
Leave the motorway at 547 kilometre marker, sign posted Albox.
As you turn off the 547 junction come to the bottom of the road and turn Left to Albox. Continue on this road for about 10 kilometres.
Look for the second Arboleas sign, the one saying 500 metres (pointing left), turn off at this junction to Arboleas, turn left at the junction, continue down the road, the yellow building on the right is the “Meson” a typical Spanish bar and worth a visit. Go past the Meson down the new road over the bridge then turn right at the roundabout, 50 metres on the left is bar “Malones” this is where our Property Manager will meet you and take you to the villa.

I don’t know if John or Deb have already informed you, but we had a little accident when we were at the villa, the little one slipped when she got out of the pool and broke the light, (the stand-up-one at deep end of the pool). I drove all over Spain and eventually found one exactly the same. I’ve fitted it in so everything is as it was when we arrived.
Once again, thank you all for everything. I sincerely hope that we can do business again in the future. We’d love to stay in your villa again, if you’ll have us back!!
