Lovely villa , plenty of room, all on one floor, large Kitchen with dish washer, outside utility with washing machine, 3 good size bedrooms, one with en-suite shower and room safe, family bathroom,large lounge / Diner with seating for 6 people, LCD TV on wall, SKY TV, air con hot and cold on a meter, real log feature fire place, 2 patio areas accessible from the lounge with fitted fly screens, Well equipped.
Outside beautiful pool with steps leading into it at the shallow end, the deep end being 1.8meters. Lights in the pool and surrounding areas, large patio for sunbathing with an outside shower near the pool. Mountain and local hill views from the garden and large roof solarium, built in BBQ area. lovely views. sun all day. Large tower on the roof for shade. A property within 25 minutes drive to beaches, local village called la Alfoquia has every day amenities to include several bars / restaurants, main town of Albox 10 minutes drive with everything you need. Welcombe baskets can be provided, pool cleaning one per week, local caretaker.
A nice large villa to relax with mountain views and based just off the E15 motorway at junction 543. A excellent area to tour inland almeria or Mojacar / vera and garrucha beaches.
Local village has a bakery, fish & chip shop, several Tapas bars, English & Spanish pub serving great food,small local store where you can get everyday needs . supermarket in local village. I minute drive to the main Albox road which is a large town selling everything with a large market on Thursdays, 5 minutes drive along the same road and you are on the main motorway to the coasts some 25 minutes drive, all well sign posted.
All in all a lovely villa to relax and enjoy the private pool or visit the mountains, varied beeches and secluded coves or just relax by the pool all day.

Large lounge with views to the front cactus garden and views to the rear garden and pool. fitted fly screens to keep the mossys out, modern 40" flat screen tv with sky channels, kitchen with dishwasher, micro wave, all mod cons, 3 good size bedrooms, room safe in main bedroom, the villa has air con throughout which works on a meter which takes 1 or 2 euro coins. the pool is cleaned twice per week in the summer and one per week off season, a local caretaker can show you round the local village and point you in the right direction. The villa has room for 2 cars on front private drive, 2 sheltered patio areas off the lounge, outside steps to 100m2 roof solarium with views to the mountains, there is also a built in BBQ, outside lights and a roof tower for shade.

The rear garden area has paved patio for sunbathing and low maintenance, various palms, bananna plant, large evergreen hedging around 3 sides of rear garden for privacy and a private 8x4 private pool.
the front garden and parking has a cacti garden, front terrace. there are steps outside the villa to a large roof solarium with built in BBQ, from here you have views of the local area, mountain / rural views.
Further details
A £100 refundable deposit is required when booking. Please not july and august are very busy so early booking is advisable.
We have a local caretaker who does change overs and if required can show you round the local village and point you in the right direction to the beaches etc. Smoking outside only.
Conditions
Please enquire for shorter breaks. We still have to pay our care taker for change overs etc We require full payment 6 -8 weeks prior to start of holiday.
The Andalucia / Almeria Province region
Alluring Almeria is a irresistible mix of traditional and tourist Spain.
With spectacular mountain scenery, the clear waters of the Cabo De Gata national park and the driest climate in Spain, Almeria is becoming a hot spot for Holidaymakers in the know. To add to its charms its also relatively unspoiled.
The flourishing resort of Mojacar, which boasts a good mix of traditional and tourist Spain. There are EU-flagged beaches - and keen snorkellers will be in their element. There are amazing coastal drives not more than 25 minutes from our villa. Inland there are the caves at sorbas and a famous western movie set near Tabernas - Well known too for a David Beckham Pepsi ad!
The Arboleas / La Alfoquia area
The huge bay that fronts Mojacar and the hilltop town is highly recommended.
And a break in Mojacar can easily be combined with a couple of day trips to the breathtaking caves near sorbas and the mini - Hollywood theme park near Tabernas, where blockbusters including the Good, bad and the Ugly were shot. Visit the Alcazaba castle in Almeria city ( free to EU passport holders ) and a chance to see one of the finest sunsets in southern Europe.
