Casa de Jeabella sits on 900sm of private grounds with panoramic mountain views. The villa is newly built and has a large swimming pool, three bedrooms, one double with en-suite. The village of Arboleas is within walking distance, as is the village of Zugena, although a good walk - both villages have all local amenities.
This quiet, mountainous location is within 20mins to 30mins of lively and quiet beaches, that include the beautiful resort of Garrucha, the lively resort of Majacar Playa and the naturist resort at Puerto del Rey.

We request that all children can swim as the pool is 6 feet deep at the far end, due to the depth of the pool caution should be taken around the pool when families have small children.

The Andalucia / Almeria Province region
Costa Almeria boasts one of the warmest climates in Spain with hot summers and mild winters. It is steeped in history, with many places of interest, i.e. the fishing ports of Garrucha and Villaricos, the traditional village of Majacar perched on a mountain.
Beautiful coast lines. Water, theme and fun parks for the kids.Golf courses.
The Arboleas area
The villages of Arboleas and Zugena hold festivals all year around.
Local markets are held three times a week.
There is the large town of Albox for shopping and eating out.
The coast offers many restaurants and entertainment. Golf is within a 20min drive. The villa location is peaceful and quiet.

Fly to Almeria - Arboleas is approx 55mins from airport, traveling on E15 north towards Murcia, a good motorway. Coming off E15 at Albox Road then turning for Zugena, through the village of Zugena towards Arboleas.

Thank you for letting us share your wonderful villa. We had a fabulous time and the weather was very nice and sunny which made us appreciate the garden. Our 2 dogs love the walks in the mountains. We loved it and hope to return one day. |

We found Casa Jeabella to be a lovely Villa for a relaxing holiday. The Villa itself is very homely with all of the facilities that you could possibly need that easily accommodated in comfort me, my wife and four kids. The pool area is very private and the adjacent Villas were very quiet. The pool itself is quite large with lots of shade for kids and sunbeds for soaking up the sun. A car is essential to reach the closest resort (mojacar - 30 minute drive). There are a small number of restaurants / bars within a couple of miles of the Villa, local small supermarket in nearby Zurgena and a large supermarket in slightly further away Albox. All in all, Jeabella is ideal for a quiet, relaxing family holiday. We had a great time there. |
