Per le tue vacanze al mare con gli amici, la villetta quadrilocale è la soluzione ideale. Parte di un complesso di 7 villette a schiera distanti 200 mt. dalla spiaggia di Porto Frailis di Arbatax, ogni villetta ha ingresso indipendente, terrazza a livello vista mare e posto auto all'interno.

La villetta quadrilocale si sviluppa su due livelli : è composto da:

piano terra: soggiorno con cucina a vista e divano letto matrimoniale, veranda coperta con tavolo pranzo e barbecue, camera con 2 letti bassi e finestra alta, bagno con doccia;

primo piano: camera matrimoniale con terrazza vista mare, camera con 2 letti bassi, bagno con doccia. E' dotato di: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, TV, forno elettrico, climatizzatore nelle camere da letto, posto auto.

Nelle vicinanze si trovano ristoranti, bar, pizzerie, negozi e i principali servizi.

In pochi minuti è possibile raggiungere le spiagge del Lido di Orrì, dalla sabbia bianca e il mare cristallino, le spiagge di Cea e quella di Barisardo premiate con le bandiere blu per la bellezza dei loro fondali.

Pochi chilomteri distano invece le località dell'interno suggestive per i loro percorsi di trekking, mountain bike e le spettacolari pareti meta degli appassionati di arrampicata.

Le coste sono suggestive anche dal mare, in canoa oppure a bordo delle comode barche che tutti i giorni consentono di raggiungere le cale del Golfo di Orosei raggiungibili soltanto via mare o a piedi.
